Booked a Uhaul for pickup to move. Office hours were different online to on site building. Location was closed during "open" hours. Had to call and leave a message. Called back to find out it was not available or set up. Staff was on vacation and transfered my order to an inconvenient Harrisburg location. Was promised a credit and never received. Dissatisfied with this experience.
