Had a great experience getting my jeep worked on at chrysler! The staff helped me out alot with making sure my car got serviced ahead of time, and the technician who worked on my car did a great job, left my car cleaner than when i dropped it off!

Excellent cars excellent service. My sales rep was Crystal. Highly professional and experienced. Would recommend going there anytime and have her serve u. She gives u 200% of her time and knows the cars inside and out. I leased 2 cars. Very satisfied. And Crystal followed up with us after purchase.

They're not prepared at all for all the volume of cars. Only 4 mechanics, no where set up outside for people to wait, no safety measures at all people all over the place waiting for their cars. 3 and a half hours for a job that normally take 45 min. Staff helping us was great. Corporate failed miserable in providing safe protocols for customers during COVId. You would think if they have you wait 3-4 hours they could at least provide outdoor tent area with proper safety measures.

We had the car service and everything was great . the car was Finnish when I was told that it would be and they even washed it it's nice to have a great place to bring our vehicles with out worries

Extremely disappointed with the customer service quality and professionalism of your employee Sharif from the finance department of your Staten Island dealership. Upon purchasing of the vehicle all was pleasant. Unfortunately, we suffered a devastating accident of no fault of our own which resulted in our vehicle being totaled after only having for 2 months. Insurance investigation resulted in a decision to compensate us for payments made through financing. Sharif seemed bothered, dismissive and disgusted to even attempt to assist us in receiving this check or directing us as to how to properly obtain it. We found him to be highly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to have to deal with someone who appears to be solely interested in making a sale only. We plan to purchase a new vehicle when the 2019 s come out and sadly will not be giving this dealership our business due to his unprofessionalism.

The worst car purchase experience I had from this dealership.
Too rude behavior of the staff. and less knowledgeable. they only care about getting the money.
They completed the transaction without the second key when they said the key will be given next day, then when they got the money from the bank, they said, there is no key, after 2 months of followup, and fighting they finally gave the key. The registration documents they have given after 1.5 months after several followups.

Typical car dealership know your prices before going or you will PAY

Salesman was nice but when I got to the back room they took everything out of my pocket. We made an agreement they would take my trade in and no money at all out of pocket. Then they hit me for 2600 after signing all paper work for taxes witch was discussed was in the price. Had issues with the truck agreed upon and they brought me another truck with less options. By the time the truck arrived it was 8pm we got there at 11am and we had a baby with us so my mistake was not looking over the truck but now nothing can be done can t even get the rubber floor mats that was in the other truck.

Had a lease never missed a payment yet wouldn't renew lease.. Hyundai sucks

Got my car service. Wasn't that bad of a wait. Customer service was pretty good. The bathroom was a little questionable but I managed.

Dealt with Mike Cote. Had an amazing experience at Island Kia. The whole team over there is amazing and do great jobs. Treated me with respect and the prices were great too. Thanks alot

Island Kia is part of their group. The worst group ever scheduling an appointment with me and selling the car as i'm on my way down there and they couldn't call me to tell me the car was sold and wasted my time. The manager was rude to me. All staff was rude to me. I walked with a whole bunch of cash from close to East New York Brooklyn to deep there Staten Island to get treated like dirt. After that unnecessary drama I bought a car from Carvana and I'm very happy with my purchase

Very disappointing experience. Called about advertised car. Told to come on.in stock. By the time i got there out was somehow sold and driven away within hours.tried to sell me older car with more mileage for much more money.haggled down till acceptable price. Salesman, John, was great and making promises until he got my deposit. Then he ignored my calls and emails for days. Made a stink so another salesman did sell me vehicle without anything John promised. Also Told me car was promised to someone else After i left deposit. Not great experience at all

Never ending unauthorized and unsolicited calls.
Do not give them your phone number, because if you do they will keep calling you every day. They will wake you up on Sunday morning, they will interrupt you while you at work.
No matter how many times I told them that they got a wrong number (because I am clearly not the person they ask for, I don't even drive, let alone inquire about cars at car dealerships) and they should stop calling - they keep calling. Month after month I receive their calls and every time instead of saying "Sorry" they claim "It was not me who called you, there are many dealerships". They also go ahead and either drop the phone on you or "add comment".

Krystal at Island Auto Group is amazing! She made the looking for a car process so much easier than I thought it could be. She was knowledgeable and patient and even played with my kids. I would recommend her to anyone. So happy! Thanks Krystal!

We went to Island Toyota searching for Toyota Highlander. Our sales representative was Michael May. He was very nice and cool and helpful person . He made us very comfortable during our visit and taking the test drive. We ended up with buying Toyota Highlander limited. Very happy with our perchase. I would recommend Toyota Island auto group and Michael May to others friends and family.

Working with Mike and Terrence at Island Auto was a great experience. The ease with which we traded in our lease for a new car was unparalleled. If u lease and by from another dealer they do not honor the 400$ for staying with them it's for staying with the brand so kia to toyota is a no go!!!

A complete disaster. Took them 2 days to get me my new car. Excuse after excuse. After a month there was an issue with filling the tank with gas. After holding my truck for a week, the issue was still unresolved. For my troubles they promised me oil changes and a good price on a hitch. I called to use the oil changes and they said there was nothing on record so i had to pay. I had the hitch installed but they only installed the metal frame no wiring!!! Complete imbeciles and unbelievably dangerous. Just brought my truck to Manahawkin and they fixed the gas tank bc they said the wrong part was replaced!! Just a complete nightmare with staff and service personnel miserable to deal with. I would never come here again. Id rather drive the 1.5hrs to Manahawkin then deal with them. Also, do not email the owners on the site, noone ever got back to me. Useless!!!

Wonderful customer service. Dawn D'Argenio was very educated about the Sonata and helped me in getting into the right car. Dawn went out of her way to make sure that everything I wanted and needed was given to me at a price that I was happy with. Even went as far as offering to get us lunch as we waited for finance and the car to be ready. Very happy with Dawn and Island Hyundai! Will definitely return and will recommend Dawn and the dealership to my friends.

Mikey T from Island Toyota helped facilitate a deal with Island Subaru, even though he worked at A neighboring dealership. That's what I call professionalism. Terrible experience so far in person and on the phone. The Jeep dealer wasted my time by telling me a car was coming from their storage facility in order for us to do a test drive. Spoke to Phil on the phone over at Mazda and he was less than helpful. He was either playing dumb to my questions or is just plain dumb.

I have always leased my Jeeps ONLY through Joe Smith from Island Auto Group. If it wasn't for Joe, I'd be going to the other side of the bridge lol. Joe is honest and straight forward and I recommend him to everybody, but only Joe Smith. Thank you Joe Smith!!!!

I recently leased a Kia Forte with Island Auto group and was totally satisfied with the whole experience. The salesman, Vincent Macaluso was not only professional but the most thorough salesman I ever met. He accommodated all of my wants and needs and gave me the best price, even after shopping around at other dealerships. He really went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated. Marchello, the owner, runs a professional and trustworthy business, where the customer feels valued and appreciated. The whole team was friendly and made the experience wonderful. Plus, I am so happy with my new car! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car through a dealership to visit Island Auto Group.

Just like Manfredi the Service Department is terrible. Waited one month for an appointment and that day showed up 7:30 told me about an hour or so and it took them all day, the manfredi way. This is way I buy my cars in New Jersey.

Scheduled service for 8 AM. Service for Warranty part replacement. Job performed by Alex and it is well done, but waiting time for job to start 3 hours( 11:20AM). Left at 12:15PM.

My husband and I had a great experience at Staten Island's - Island Auto Group when we went to check out the autos there. We ended up purchasing a Kia Optima and found the salesman, Mr. Anthony Abbriano to be highly knowledgeable and very helpful! We came to the showroom, after a long day at work, and the friendly and informed salesman made it a comfortable and pleasant experience. His easy going mannerism allowed us to take our time choosing a vehicle and we were able to test drive the vehicles and have all our concerns addressed. The salesperson took excellent care of us from the start to the end of the purchase and made certain we were comfortable in the vehicle and even took some time to show us how to use all the new technology from the cameras to the radios and seat adjustments. The entire staff at Island Auto Group were very helpful and well informed which efficiently helped us with the entire purchase and in just a few hours we drove out the door smiling. Our next car is going to be the Sportage and we will definitely be back to purchase it at Island Auto Group. Thank you for all your assistance!

Was immediately greeted and assisted by Shawn on the sales team, test drove the RAV4 2016... beautiful car, had plans to visit two other dealerships that day and cancelled them because of the sincerity, courteousness, and humor (Especially from the manager, Raj) worked with me on my budget which was excellent.. then for the more financial stuff, Les helped me out, educated me on the many benefits of insuring my vehicle and was very patient with all my questions and concerns.

Walked out the same day wth my new vehicle in tow.

Bought a new 2021 Hyundai Tucson today from Island Hyundai in Staten Island NY. My salesperson was Frida and she was terrific. She made it very easy and pleasant to buy my new car. Highly recommend Island Hyundai and ask for Freida!!!

Brought my car to be serviced to Chrysler since front seat broke and also needed inspection done. Left them my new cell phone number they decided to call my father to pick up my vehicle don't know where they got his number from but he doesn't even own the vehicle. Then upon pick up the inspection didn't get done and they were suppose to program my car keys since the batteries died in both and the SERVICE MANAGER tells me he doesn't have the manpower to service my vehicle i don't know why they called my father to pick it up. The car keys seem like an important part to need i assume. Since the vehicle is under warranty they do not feel it is a priority to fix it. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from any of their dealerships. I i especially do not recommend servicing your vehicle with them unless you want to waste your time and still have to take your vehicle elsewhere. SO for the future that is what i will do take my business elsewhere.

Mikeemay spent 5 days getting me low apr and a great deal on a used Abarth. He was able to hunt down a car in my price range and even the exact color I wanted. I recommend him to everyone I know.

The sales team here are a bunch of hustlers & knuckle heads. I walk in to ask questions, and this sales lady doesnt know the answers. She then gives attitude because I'm asking questions about a car.

Please stop making commercials for Pandora radio. It seems like every third or fourth commercial is from your company. As you might imagine, it gets annoying real fast. I myself bought a car this past January in New Jersey (and I imagine most people aren't looking to buy a new car either), so these commercials are furthermore irrelevant.
