My husband and I purchased a car from Island Auto a couple of months ago. We were recently invited to a new owners clinic which was an outstanding experience, especially for me as a woman. It was so informative and I learned many things I wouldn't have otherwise. Their main focus is on excellent customer service. Let me tell you Island Auto has that and than some. Our salesperson was Bill Knight who has got to be the best salesperson we have ever met. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Greg Kemp. He is the reason Island Auto takes pride in their excellent customer service. We wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

Love my new car thanks to Mikey T from Island Toyota, I wasn't sure on how the whole lease thing worked. But he explained it and made the process super simple! So when my friends and family ask about my car I tell them go check Mikey T at Island Toyota!

Larry and his manager, Rich, are just all-around regular guys, abd truly helped me make a deal!

We needed help re our lease due to unforeseen circumstances. They couldn't help us. Now we keep getting emails to come in and do another deal for a new lease! We can't afford the one we have. Really like our leased vehicle, but need to get monthly bill down or convert to buying the vehicle. Too bad they can't accommodate. They claim Toyota Financial separate from Island Toyota. Oh well. Will probably switch to Honda or Nissan when this lease is up.

Is very good place to visit as a dealership can people they are very generous they make you feel very comfortable

I went to Island Kia a couple of months ago and Krystal Bergmann helped me pick out the best car for me - the Optima. I absolutely love it and and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the whole line and thought the Optima would be the best fit for me. She was spot on. I will definitely go back there for my next car purchase. Great experience overall!

Mike T helped me get an awesome Wrangler for really cheap. Phenomenal customer service from him. Even sat with us during our long discussion with the insurance company. Mike was very genuine and honest. Can t ask for better service!

Don't read my review if you don't want to sheesh, there about 50+ other customers like me (ripped and pissed off)
I would give them G if I could for GARBAGE. Worst dealership in America.
Dodge has my Durango for 5 months. They don't call or give updates. I was given a loaner which the service engine light came on in 3days, Ok switched that 1 after a week of calling and playing phone tag got another loaner this time with dirty with dog hair basically hit on every side. Tape to hold up the bumper and a missing tail light. (Dont believe I'll add pics ). and that was towed due to outstanding tickets Island Auto Group didn't pay. Ok now I have to Uber for 6 days. Day 7 after more calling I was given a Toyota Corolla Did I mention my DURANGO is still in service.

I originally went to Island auto group to buy one car that was listed on the website. I was upset at first because it was not available even though I called to confirm. The sales person, Diana, was amazing at helping me find a car that was actually better than what I was looking for in the first place. She worked her a$$ off the entire day finding the right fit for my lifestyle and paycheck. When I was going to be late picking up my daughter, she even helped me take care of that! I was really surprised at the personal attention she gave me. Because of Diana I was happy to make the trek from the Bronx to Staten Island and I would do it again...I'll even look past the website "error."

Came here to not buy but to do some service on my Kia. Waiting room is neat and clean.

Bruce was the front desk guy who helped me and explaines everything that was off with my car. No pressure atmosphere and he was a nice guy. The work was professionally done and car was in the same condition I left it. Had a great experience.

I had been shopping for two new vehicles for a couple of weeks. Initially I was looking for either a Honda pilot or a kia sorento. I never even condidered a Toyota. I ran into mike while walking out of island kia. He told me that he would beat any deal that was offered. He opened my eyes to how wonderful toyota vehicles were. I'm reading some of these other reviews and I have to say that my experience was completely different. These guys were the best, never once did I feel like I was being talked into a car that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I am going back next week to get a car for my son and I know that I will have the exact same excellent treatment that I received. Well done guys!

My grandparents needed a new car because they hated their last one and did not like the payments. I took them to Island Kia where the phenomenal crew, led by Frank Rao, greeted my grandparents and I. We were put intouch with George Engel who was such a professional and was extremely knowledgeble of the vehicles at hand. He was understanding of my grandparents situation, nearly cut their payments in half, while placing them in a new kia optima, and delivered the car himself to their house. When we thought that was generous enough he put the plates on himself and thoroughly explained all of the paper work. Frank Rao and his staff is one you want to visit.

I went to lease a car for the first time. The staff was great, and Dawn helped me with all of my requests. There's always a little give and take, but I walked away very happy with my new car and lease. It's been 5 months since I leased the car and they automatically scheduled me for my maintenance appointment. I absolutely love the car, it's the Hyundai Tucson and I will always stay with the Hyundai brand. But the dealer was the best, I strongly suggest anyone to go there first.
