Terrible customer service - at least for the little guy. I returned a short roll of wire, purchased 104' and received only 72'. 3 weeks later and I have not received a credit for the return and cannot get an answer as to why.

Unfortunately I thought that they opened at 7 am. After waiting around for a while, I called the office at 7:50 to enquire if my usual salesman was in, I found he was not. But the lady who answered (Laura) encouraged me to head in to their will call area and she would send someone to help. She actually came back herself to check on me and after having heard that I had been in the lot for the last hour, she asked if there was anything that she could get me, like a coffee ? The salesman processed my order quickly and I was on my way. Top notch customer service !
