They're not prepared at all for all the volume of cars. Only 4 mechanics, no where set up outside for people to wait, no safety measures at all people all over the place waiting for their cars. 3 and a half hours for a job that normally take 45 min. Staff helping us was great. Corporate failed miserable in providing safe protocols for customers during COVId. You would think if they have you wait 3-4 hours they could at least provide outdoor tent area with proper safety measures.
