My experience at island Auto was great! The staff was super friendly and my salesman Peter was amazing!! He was able to get me more for my trade then I ever thought possible (and I've done plenty of research).He was patient, polite, and answered all 1 million of my questions, not like in Brooklyn where I felt completely under pressure to buy. I highly recommend shopping here.

Island Kia was awesome. Best customer service, very patient and allowed me to take my time to look at all the cars and even when I was undecided the sales rep gave me time. Kimberly understood my stress level in selecting a car and managing everything while still dealing a Pandemic in our mist. Awesome customer service, all the sales reps are compassionate and understand the customer's need.

I bought a new car from this very nice lady Krystal Bergmen. She was on point knowing her cars and I would recommend her to everyone. Thanks again for everything, I had an amazing experience.

Dropped by last week to test drive a few new models. I was greeted with such kindness and enthusiasm from a representative named Krystal. She took the time to figure out what I wanted in a car and discussed options that I wasn't even aware of! I had a wonderful experience and do plan on shopping here when my current lease is up!!!

I leased from manfredi and let me tell you island auto group is a complete turnaround. The salesman Michael Orlando is great and the compaby all around is very customer friendly. Will be back as well as family and friends!

This place is the worst place I had ever done business with I would never recommend this place to any one the staff was horrible got alot of running around had my radio stolen from my car that was left there and the manager didn't even know what goes on they stole a car as well what kind of business goes on behind closed doors who knows staff arguing with other customers very unprofessional over priced and I'm still having problems with them over my car people need to watch out for this place they stand to be honest just to get you to give them good reviews Like they did with me. This place is the worst place on the island. I can't believe I gotta give this place a star in order to place my review they don't even deserve that!!!!

Good communication, pretty much sign and drive , no hassle, no pressure, good manufacturing and dealership rebates on the 2021 sportage, the Sx trim has everything, that a luxurious suv would have, best kept secret, who needs a Lexus or a bmw..

Placed an order on a jeep in July. Today is December 14th. Still waiting. They think the car is in Baltimore since September. Don't bother calling their corporate number. They are a NIGHTMARE! Every couple of weeks I get a new eta. But they say the car is on its way. I'm calling B.S. on this dealership. I could have walked there and brought the jeep back to NY by now.

My overall experience at the dealership was pleasant and my time spent there was productive. The new ownership seems great; my meeting with Jason in the finance department was also a pleasant experience.
My Sales representative Island CDJ, Joe Smith is outstanding! He once again managed to assist in finding a vehicle that would fit our needs. I have known Joe for several years and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that he can meet all my auto leasing and buying needs. I feel so strongly about my confidence in Joe that my loyalty to him transitioned even after the dealership changed ownerships.
Joe is a devoted individual who is always there for me. Living in a house where we have five drivers and five vehicles, it is critical to have a Sales Representatives as dedicated as Joe. To recap, in addition to this new JEEP Patriot, my house leases a 2017 and 2015 JEEP Compass, a 2015 Chrysler 200 and I own a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. I can say that my loyalty is truly focused on my confidence in MOPAR vehicles. (My first car was a 1974 Plymouth Satellite Sebring). We are a family of dedicated MOPAR owners. While I am the original owner of the 2003 van, I will soon be in the market for another vehicle to replace that as well. There will be no hesitation in working with Joe to help meet these needs.
For my recent purchase, I was looking for a vehicle for my son Matthew. Matthew is a firefighter for the FDNY. He joined the department in November. Matt s focus was to lease a new, dependable vehicle. In working with Joe Smith, we decided to lease a JEEP Patriot. In leasing this vehicle, as a probationary firefighter, Matt has piece of mind that he has vehicle that he can depend on, in all-weather to get to and from his firehouse.
The delivery and pick up on Matthew s new JEEP was outstanding as well. The JEEP was pristine and clean and Joe Smith took the time to sit with Matthew to discuss the features and equipment in his JEEP.

I shopped around Hyundai dealerships local to me in New Jersey and got the runaround and quoted much higher prices, so I took a ride to staten Island and got lucky and spoke to the general Manager "Richie Vento" and he was awesome he made things fast and easy for me and I left the same day with my new Sonata thank you guys so much. I highly recommend stopping by and if you can speak to Richie.

My 2021 purchase was a very pleasant experience. I found a car online in the inventory and chose it. I was contacted by Island Kia after all my paperwork done. Car was ready when I came to pick up. A few signatures and away I went in my new car.

They SUCK!! after paying $600 for what they claim car needed it's still doing the same exact problem won't start!! Thay claim there no codes coming up so they don't know what's wrong with it. I guess they are afraid to get their hands dirty and actually work on the engine STAY AWAY FROM THESE DOPES P.S. while I was there 2 customers were complaing about their cars being lemons!!

It's sad that in order to review this company I have to give it a star. It clearly doesn't deserve it. This dealership is not reliable, I bought a 2011 Toyota sienna limited edition with 32,200 miles. Within a short period of time after the purchase the car began to have multiple mechanical problems and when I went to claim them I was only told that it was a used vehicle and they couldn't do anything about it. To this day, I am spending more money on parts than the car is actually worth. I fix one problem only find 10 pther problems. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Their service department needs a MAJOR overhaul. They are a bunch of clowns. They take your car and leave you in the dark for hours. Be prepared for an extensive wait for even the simplest of jobs. When the car is eventually ready, you will see that the work they do is sub par to mediocre at best. I would not recommend going here.

When I entered island Kia I was welcomed by Mike Cote. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in the cars I was interested in. This was my first time ever buying a car and he knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable. Was not pressured at all and also got a good deal.
