Island Kia is part of their group. The worst group ever scheduling an appointment with me and selling the car as i'm on my way down there and they couldn't call me to tell me the car was sold and wasted my time. The manager was rude to me. All staff was rude to me. I walked with a whole bunch of cash from close to East New York Brooklyn to deep there Staten Island to get treated like dirt. After that unnecessary drama I bought a car from Carvana and I'm very happy with my purchase
