Brought my car to be serviced to Chrysler since front seat broke and also needed inspection done. Left them my new cell phone number they decided to call my father to pick up my vehicle don't know where they got his number from but he doesn't even own the vehicle. Then upon pick up the inspection didn't get done and they were suppose to program my car keys since the batteries died in both and the SERVICE MANAGER tells me he doesn't have the manpower to service my vehicle i don't know why they called my father to pick it up. The car keys seem like an important part to need i assume. Since the vehicle is under warranty they do not feel it is a priority to fix it. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from any of their dealerships. I i especially do not recommend servicing your vehicle with them unless you want to waste your time and still have to take your vehicle elsewhere. SO for the future that is what i will do take my business elsewhere.
