IP Casino Resort Spa Reviews

I stay here at least once every year for my birthday for the past 4 yrs. My experience has always been great! But the only reason for the four star instead of five is pool area attendant. I didn t catch her name but was very nonchalant when asking her questions about the cabanas or lounge beds...it irritated me so bad that I didn t even want to rent one at all! Other than that everything else is perfectly fine! Most definitely would suggest staying here but won t be visiting the pool again!!!

Didn't win any money. The dealers on the blackjack tables were not very talkative. Their buffet was clean and offered a variety of cuisines. I'll pass on returning to IP if I return to the area.

Conference facilities are nice. Staff is decent. Customer service is iffy. My room A/C does not work properly. The maintenance guy adjusted the vents to point a different direction, yet my room is still very hot even with the air running on 65- for two days. I should have been moved to another room with decent A/C. That option was not offered.

Nice rooms, very friendly staff. Parking is a little tight, but other than that enjoyed my stay.

The atmosphere was great, staff very friendly and polite. The food was amazing!! Will definitely be going again.

IP was the very clean casino. Everybody seemed to be helpful and curious always trying to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. The cocktail waitresses seem to be coming around in a timely manner very pleasant when any of you your drink. The atmosphere and the Omega was incredible I like the place and I will return...

Ppl was trying to sell me gold chains in the bathroom

Nice casino, large lots of choices and great concerts.

If it wasn't for the bar at the entrance, I wouldn't even give a single star. Terrible food in all restaurants including buffet! Horrible atmosphere!

The rooms are nice I just wish my room had a walk in shower and complimentary waters

Parking garage is a mess. Its tiny, the traffic flow is set up poorly and the exit pattern is not marked.

Love this place but, the buffet isn't the best in town. The hotel stay here is always a pleasure though.

This Casino, is not new to me...I have loved lP for very long time...well over 25...I moved away for 15 yrs....now that I'm back on this side. I will be visiting very soon. Love u IP!

My wife and I love this place (and so do our kids in the summer)! From the service to the ambiance, the IP is just a great place for a quick getaway.

Free parking... Although The parking garage is a nightmare... it Took a few minutes to figure out how to get in to the parking garage. The downstairs is very Smokey.

Great stay, as usual. We always look forward to staying at the IP. Play Jackpot Party nickel machines! They always seem to pay out!

There should be a no smoking area of the casino. The buffet was more expensive then the others close by. We left there and went eat at another one.

Left a concert at Mississippi Coast Coliseum and was hungry, so me Andy wife went to IP Casino Bayview restaurant. It was late, so the only had their late menu open. However, I love their fried green tomatoes. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Donnie made it happen. He was the nicest guy I had ever encountered over there. Me and my wife will definitely be back for a longer stay with IP Casino.

I went to the spa and purchased a day pass. No services just a day at the wet spa for $30. Best experience ever! Will be returning often!

Nice casino, rooms are very nice, food at the restaurants is very good.

The Chill Bar in the lobby is pretty cool. Ladies drink free on thursday nights. The entertainment changes nightly.

Lots of slots. Win occasionally. However they reduce their free play significantly until it's just not worth driving from where I live to play. I like the free play as incentive to go. I most assuredly spend lots more than they send.

Food was great! The slots were loose. We had fun. Id come back

We had 2 tickets to studio A for the marshall tucker bank. It was an awesome place and the seats were great. The drinks were a little pricey

We were at the buffett and it was awesome. Everything was delicious, but the crab legs were exquisite!

Its a good hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the elevators are VERY slow. Every time we needed to get one we had to wait for sereral minutes and in a line so there isnt always room when the elevator finally stops on your floor. Also the doors into the rooms have small gaps under them, which I wouldnt usually care about at all except that you hear everything in the hallway outside your room (talking, elevator, ice machine). If you're a light sleeper I would definitely recommend earplugs. The buffet and sports lounge have great food and we had a great time in the casino.

Is a great gaming area for the party you bring for anyone one the coast or from anywhere else.

Just a suggestion I smoke and we stayed in a smoking room but the spray you spray to cover up the smoke smell is worse than the smoke smell.. If you would pull up all carpet in the smoking rooms and halls and replace with laminate wood flooring it would make a huge difference and change the spray.. Also showers have no water pressure so you can barely rinse off..

Not family friendly AT ALL. Rooms were nice but everything smelled like smoke and the pool was nice but it is built for adults. No fun allowed!

Food is always pretty good at the buffet. Slots machines are decent. Drinks were good
