It is different from any other casino. They have flavor. They have variety from pool, to kids, to food. It is so good.

My wife and I had gone to the IP recently and the slot machines were so tight, that in almost $300 later, we hit the free spin option 1 single time and it gave us $15 in 8 free spins with the max bet. There slots were so tight, it wasn't even fun. We accepted our loses and left. There are so many other casinos in the area to choose from, that I couldn't believe how tight they were.

Two free nights-- but long line at check in with only 2 clerks working, spa closed, & non-smoking room hallway smelled like weed. Would give them another chance, maybe in a few months.

The casino layout was confusing for a first time visitor. The decor reminded me of the late 90s.

Room was average and smoke free. Thirty Two was a great experience, best escargot I've eaten, and the king crab was amazing. 45 day aged steak was good. Will defianltey return on next visit. I don't drink or gamble therefore never entered the casino.

Good selection of games, but not many video poker ones. Buffet and restaurants are good.

Lovely staff, clean and classy environment. Way too many small children though.

Went with a group of people from work. Fairly clean facility, the cigarette smell was a huge downside.

Helpful staff, Great Buffet, overall fun time. Only negative is very difficult to find a waitress to order drinks on the gambling floor

I can't speak on the rooms because I only went to gamble. Their High Roller room was very small with mostly older machines. That's not a bad thing. They were loose for me.

Parking lot was a bit hectic otherwise a nice hotel and casino

Room service was fairly fast , my favorite part was the hottub overall we enjoyed our stay.

The IP Casino Resort Spa has so much to offer. There are always different performances. The spa offers a variety of services and offers a nice retreat From the busy casino .There are multiple saunas to enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and hot tab are also a nice place to relax .

Had a great time. A very much needed vacation. Can't wait to return.

This to me seemed like a high class casino. If you have alot of money to spend then this place is for you. You can spend big and win big.

My non smoking room stunk of smoke. The entire hotel stinks of smoke. The pool is amazing, however, and the only redeeming factor.

Just wondering why you cut our comp days from 3 for me and 3 for my wife to 2 each starting in August normally come down in Oct but came in the spring when covid started hoping we could stay a week this fall .Would have stayed a week this spring but casino closed drove 2 thousand miles for 2 nights .a Always have fun staying there .

Our rooms were on the 25th floor facing back towards the river... we ate at several of the restaurants in the hotel they were all very good... the casino was great fun my mom even one a random drawing of $1,000 free play while we were there.

Spent 3 days.Enjoyed the service and the food.The casino is large and has alot of slots and table games.There's a poker room.The buffet was okay.Food fresh.Will return.

Me and my wife stayed at the casino and hotel. The people was extremely nice. Didnt get the room I asked for but alot of other perks so overall experience was good. Would come back but they do need help around the hotel area not leaving people waiting for over a hour to check in. That's the only reason got 4 stars instead 5

I HIGHLY recommend IP casino. The staff is VERY helpful and easy to deal with. I lost my wallet in Valet parking and it was returned to me without anything missing within an hour of noticing it gone. The rooms were spotless. The room prices were great! We will be returning again in the future!

This is the worst customer service that I have ever recieved. The hotel staff is a complete joke and unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone to this hotel casino.

I went for the spa... AMAZING! Most relaxing day I've EVER had!

I came from New Orleans with my 16 year old son, and stayed there last night. I had my wife and 2 other children drive from Florida this morning to spend my last day in the states for 3 months, as a family. We went to the pool and right away the staff was VERY rude, snapping their fingers at us like children. We were informed we were not allowed to swim because we were one person over. I offered to pay and that wasn't allowed either. We went downstairs and tried to see if they would make an exception for an active serviceman being deployed considering check-out is 1200 and it was already 1030. It would have been 2 hours max. Again, I offered to pay for the one over and again we were told no. The manager came out VERY rude and actually accused me of not telling them about the children. They didn't stay in the room, they arrived this morning to eat breakfast and go to the pool with me and my older son. I didn't have a reason to lie considering I offered to PAY for the one over. It was A no exception policy she said and that was that. Yet on the way out we watched the same woman, allow an individual who wasn't even a guest to pay $10 to go in the pool. What is that? I am extremely disappointed that I asked for a non-smoking room and I paid for a non-smoking room but it smelled like a chimney stack, the beds need replaced as they have body impressions in them. The exhaust fan switch in the bathroom is exposing wires and the water has a nasty film. A terrible experience all around. Disappointing IP!

Ip casino - good casino floor, greatest performance hall (Studio A). Buffet was mediocre and poorer variety. Rooms were well furnished and and contemporary.

Nice room at a great value. Some problems with the room key and valet parking is extremely slow. The parking valet gets completely overwhelmed at check in time. Guests should consider self park for their own convenience. The key did not work when we first arrived. After a second long visit to the front desk they moved us to another room. The one restaurant we visited (Tien) was adequate with great service but the but the food was underwhelming for the price. Mostly it was a bland, Americanized version of the style. The casino smelled of smoke and felt rather dirty -- especially the rug. The room was clean and spacious for the money. The staff apparently forgot to refill the coffee service. After a call, a more than ample supply was brought to the room quickly.

Visited the casino. Had a great time while there.
