Really nice hotel. Staff is great. Never been to a casino so that was interesting. The rooms are very clean. Will definitely vist again when I have more time.

Great place to stay. I brought my family and we had the best time.

Love the buffet. Glad they finally started charging extra for crab claws so people will stop wasting them.

Loved it! If you like to gamble, this is the place to go. Courteous staff; super clean rooms and great food. It's pricey but worth it.

The security at this place was awesome! I met an officer named Brice during my stay and he was fantastic. During my stay he answered all my questions on top of helping my family navigate. I hope the IP understands the value of an employee like this and takes care of him. Also the other officers in the chill lounge (Rod and Josh) were so cool to my wife and I. Just wish that beverage boss would have listened to them more. This one gentleman was so intoxicated but beverage wouldn't have him escorted out. Kudos to these fine men doing a solid job instead of mailing it in like others I noticed on my stay.

Loved the food but did not get a chance to play. I will be coming back.

The food was way too salty. Over cooked.
Crab legs and Grapes were good. We did that evening time buffet. Will not be going back It was around 6:30 /7:00 o'clock PM. Maybe this makes a difference. Was visiting from Out of town for the Christmas holiday.. For what you pay food should be a lot better

Great place w/ great slot opportunities. In my opinion the lossest slots on the coast. Friendly staff A+++

Love the Chill lounge. They now have a dance floor.

We are at thirty - two and it was spectacular food, service, and view.

We were told we couldn't park our RV there overnight while visiting the casino. We went to the Golden Nugget instead where they allow RV overnights while visiting the casino.

I love the atmosphere in the casino. All the employees were very nice. I had lunch at the high tide . I go on Thursday for the salad bar and tomato basil soup. Best soup!

We love going to see the old bands in concert here. The theater has excellent acoustics and the seating is comfortable. Great cocktail bar but no snack bar for us non-drinkers.

The layout of the casino is a bit compact and a bit easy to get turned around in if you get distracted.

We only come for the concerts and buffet but it's a great night out.

Very classy place! I especially love the Chill lounge and Thirty-Two. Very clean and well-maintained, nice staff, beautifully decorated facilities.

Everything was nice, but don't waste your money on the buffet....

Horrible place paid for 2 queen deluxe bed had yellow stains on it no thanks and parking was horrible all night felt like I was sleeping on the floor instead of a bed

I was there in January for my birthday. They are great at the IP. The room was great and everybody was very friendly. This is great place to go and kick back. I will be going again soo.

Very clean, open and comfortable. Beautiful place, and the new cafe is great... Try the mayor cakes there great !!!!!

We went on a Sunday. It was very busy but there is a lot to do there.

We spent Sunday night at the IP, first visit in about a year. We had an early dinner in the sports bar, watched a Saints game and then moved to the main bar to listen to a band play. The band was great and Lenny the bartender was awesome. The bar closed at 12ish and we moved on to play blackjack. There were No servers at any table we played at (A group of 6 all day various game tables). We played tables from 12:30 to 2:00 and I saw 1 server for the entire 1st level. They had a bar you could walk up to and pay for drinks but that was it. By 1:30 I was hungry and ready for to get out of there so I walked up to the dining room and found out it closed at 12, as did every other food spot expect the coffee shop with a selection of premade cold sandwiches and pastries?? Wasn't a horrible experience but made me remember why I spend the extra $50 bucks for a room at the Beau.

Always beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The only thing that could be improved is the time it takes to get your vehicle brought up compared to other casinos.

We enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to heading over again. The atmosphere was super relaxed and the staff amazing...hopefully we'll get to stay the night and try out the spa next time.

I love the IP casino resort and spa. the staff is always friendly, the restaurants are very nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. it is only a couple of minutes from Beach Blvd so if you want something else to do besides going to the great pool or the fun machines at the casino you're close to the beach and shops along the beach. I highly recommend staying at the IP

Great place for a quick getaway. Gamble, eat entertainment. Love the pool watch a movie go to the spa.

Beds are not comfortable. Restaurants are very good generally

Table games start at $5.00 during the early part of the day.

Stayed at the IP for wedding anniversary room was very spacious and nice

Do not like good time bus to Biloxi they won't tell you when they leaving when you cashing in your chips they drove off and left

Horrible, the room stunk, valet stole out of our car a coach coin purse, my husband got food poisoning from eating at the sports bar. 2 days after we were back home they double charged our credit card and when I called were rude and were arguing with me about it instead of looking and seeing if tby could fix it.

We ate at the buffet and the food was really great. The only issue was having to ask for a refill. But well prepared crab legs trumps that.

Only stayed one night. Hallways and room we stayed in had a smokey smell which I thought was strange because it was a no smoking room. Casinos were great. Definitely visit the bar called Chill. Awesome bartender and feel for the place. Was a bit confusing finding which elevators to use. And there was a TON of security. Don't know if it made me feel safe or not. Lol

I like the room and the pool. I not like that the rooms are not always ready at 4. Also the front desk personal are not at all friendly. They always act like they are in a bad mood.

Great casino clean inside and out. Staff were very nice. There were a wide variety of slot machines that you received a good return on playing. Would highly recommend.

I had a good time at the casino, I've never played slots before but I won thirty bucks. And the show with Darren Knight definitely didn't dissapoint.

Hands down one of the best casinos in Biloxi. They always have good shows from musicians to comedians. don't even get me started on their Buffet, oh my God. It's the Cadillac of Buffets. LOL

One of the nicer hotel and casino since they refurbished it. We enjoy going here all the time.

We love the IP, came here for two days to celebrate my birthday. Always have great service and a great time.
