Great fun for adults.. Buffet for entire family.. Everyone nice an curtious..

They don't understand what non smoking floor or room means. Wouldn't refund a smoked in room. Wouldn't spend the night, complained and was still charged.

Drinks took quite a bit to come around but otherwise a decent place.

Rooftop Pool is awesome equipped with Cabanas, full service bar, food, and big screen TV. Several Restaurants are also here. You don t need to be a gambler to have an amazing weekend.

I went for some casino time and the buffet. The buffet was lacking and the serving staff were rude. I turned my attention to gambling and found the IP's layout odd and compartmentalized making things feel disconnected and small. Not my favorite place.

This hotel was very beautiful and nice but their was one thing that bugged my family so much we had to leave. If you are not old people that smoke or have family members that are young do not come here!! The hotel smells like smoke and it even smells like it in your rooms. We had the leave after one day and go to another. Everything else was fine. Well actually they also said we would get queen beds but their only full beds and their rooms are kinda crampt. I really recommend the restaurants if you are staying called high tide very delicious food. Overall if you don t have kids it s a pretty nice hotel and very cheap! It has a casino, a gym, a huge swimming pool with a huge tv, and a lot of food even though they don t give you complimentary breakfast . I don t know how the staff were but the ones I met were nice, the waitress gave us many refills and oh I forgot there s also an arcade. Im kinda disappointed at the smell I thought this was gonna be a great experience but it was not that good... I hope I helped you and you enjoy your stay!

Great hotel!!! The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool area is to die for. Outdoor pool and bar. Outdoor hot tub is so relaxing and larger than most! Great place to stay while visiting the biloxi, ms beach area.

The IP Casino / Hotel was fabulous! Check in was quick, got a room on the 11th floor. Beds and Pillows were comfortable : ) plenty of slots and table games to choose from. Severs with drinks came by often, the casino was easy to navigate. Woke up to a great view of the "sound" . For a pitstop on the way to Pensacola it was the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend.

Top notch hotel, restaurants, restrooms are clean well keep, and not because I won so many times I haven't been so lucky but for me personally I think it is the nicest establishment on the coast. Wonderful outdoor view and the pool area is phenomenal

I goto the IP every chance I get. GREAT atmosphere, very helpful staff. Has the Las Vegas feel in Mississippi.

The guest rooms are super nice and up to date. My overall experience was Great.

Nice hotel. We enjoyed the suite,but was disappointed about the customer service. The front desk staff lacks the knowledge of the rooms and what comes with the suite. We didn't receive the complementary chocolates. We waitied several hours for a baby crib to be delivered, when we received the crib, it had stains on the bed. I wiped the crib down with Lysol wipes. The wipes were filthy. We had to call room service to clean the tub, because there was mold around the lights. The iron in the suite was broke. Water was coming out of the sides, wasn't getting hot and something was wrong with the cord. When leaving the lady at checkout stated that we needed to pay 15.00 dollars for a crib, when we had already paid15.00 dollars. She did take the fee off. We asked about the drinks in the suite and she didn't have knowledge of pricing or anything dealing with the Penthouse Suite. We would of enjoyed more, if your staff had a little more knowledge of the resort. Everyone that we spoke to at the front desk didn't have knowledge of the hotel.
We are planning another trip to this area with family and planning on staying for three nights, and would love to get at least two Penthouse suites. Hopefully, your front desk staff will improve and the cleanliness of the suite wil improve.

The place is nice, I loved the pool they have and the casinos are spacious and good, the buffet is good but the food is not so fresh.

This is a great casino to visit. They have some of the best promotions on the Gulf Coast casinos. They offer free game chips, free show tickets and hotel rooms far more frequently and more generously then the others around them . Also most of the staff range from really friendly to just professionally polite so I haven't hand any bad experiences with anyone working here.

Great clean rooms, great service, and front desk is awesome

The rooms were clean and spacious for the price. The staff were helpful and courteous. The smell from the cigarette smoke was a tad much, especially since you could smoke in the elevators. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Overall a fun visit minus the smell.

Ate at the Costa cocina Italian restaurant and the food was superb. I had the ribeye and my husband had the shrimp scampi. They were both so delicious.

Out dated rooms, way to much security. Badly maintained rooms. Unfriendly staff. Wait on valet parking 20 min cause they put the wrong vehicle info on my slip. All together, I'm usually a customer from Beau Revage....and compared to this stay at the IP.....speachless

The buffet was excellent, the room was nice, and the staff was very friendly.

All in all this is a very nice place. I don't think we would have wanted for anything. Lots of amenities. Rooms are nice but not extravagant. Can't comment on the gambling, but the concert event i attended was very well done.

Nice lobby/entrance. Valet drivers - awesome. The staff went above and beyond what was expected! Would def recommend it to my family and friends!

Their 25 cent roulette machine is by far my favorite of all the computerized table games. Slots are fun and they have a ton of them, especially my favorite penny slots.

Very thankful for free offer of buffet for my birthday. I would have ask for a refund for our food. Service was awesome, but food needs help. Got there at 8pm no bowls, ask an associate was told go get small ice cream bowls, they had no soup clean.A basket would have been more tender than lobster. Pho soyp was lukewarm. Just sad....

Not as nice as I had hoped. I paid over $300 a night for a weekend visit. Room was very small. We did have a nice view. Will probably try somewhere else next time I am in town.

I had a great time at cursing on the coast. I stayed at IP casino three days and I enjoyed all three day.

My husband and I decided to stay at the IP a couple nights for our anniversary. We had a great time! The check-in process went off without a hitch. The room was very clean. The buffet was great. Even the cashier that signed us up for B Connected rewards was very friendly and helpful. It would have definitely earned a five star rating if not for the rude staff at the Essentials shop. We saw the store was still open on our way to the casino, and I had been wanting to pickup one of those compact card holders to store my cash and cards while in the casino. The moment we stepped one foot in there the cashier informed us they were closing in just a couple of minutes. Immediately after she says this (where the other employee could plainly hear what she said), the other employee working yells at us they are closing in one minute! I said, Okay, I m leaving right now! I grabbed the item I came for and went to check out. The second lady proceeds to turn the light out on us while we re still checking out. I look at the clock and notice it s 11:25. Well, 11:26 is a very odd time to be closing! Obviously, they were just ready to get out of there, which is understandable, but doesn t justify being so rude to your patrons, especially when you re obviously closing five minutes early anyway. Also, my husband put his debit card in the card reader to pay when the cashier told us the total. Then, she asks for his ID (which is totally acceptable and even appreciated), but while he was trying to pull it out of his wallet, she grabs the card out of the machine and asks for the ID AGAIN, clearly able to see he is already trying to pull it out of his wallet in a half lit room. So overall yes, the IP is a GREAT and fun place to stay. They have electronic roulette and craps which were very exciting, and allowed us to play for a few hours before we ran out of cash. Definitely worth visiting, just avoid the rude ladies at Essentials!

Somewhere in the last two years, it has lost its cleanliness, classiness, and good food. The beds were comfy, but the hotel room carpet felt slimy and moist, but not wet. Like they sprayed a bunch of febreeze on the carpet and it felt slimy. What i looked forward to most was the buffet seafood dinner but that was dry and rubbery. The casino games were dirty with ashes all over. My kids went to the pool area and its pretty and peaceful looking but then the pool had a film and felt slimy on the pool floor. Im like, What? Really IP? Really? Dont even get me started on the elevators. I was happy to see my family, but we all were surprised and disappointed how this place took a little nosedive. My family and I used to love this place and I have come to this hotel for over 23 years, but its overdue for some major cleaning and maintaining that cleanliness. Bummed.

The buffet was free so I can't complain too much. But for the price they normally charge for the buffet it was marginal at best.

We went to the buffet, a great variety of dishes and the service is very good. It is a little short to bau rivage but of course I recommend it.

Waitress spilled a cold alcoholic beverage all over me. Food too expensive.

Large Gulf Coast casino is a good value. Smoke free gaming and accommodations available, though the hotel has smoking throughout the lobby and main play areas.

Absolutely a great get away spot. Lost one start bc the prices are not budget friendly but over all there are many accommodations to suit your needs!

Toilet wasn't working right, High tide cafe was closed for breakfast, tien didn't open until 5pm. Overall I'd say it was OK but nothing special.
