IP Casino Resort Spa Reviews

My friends and I went specifically and exclusively to see the hypnosis show. We had 2 tickets that were not together and they traded us tickets that were so we could sit together. The show was awesome!

I got someone a gift card here about a week ago. After searching Yelp this had the best reviews by far for spas in the area. The only downside was I had to purchase it in person. They don't take payment online or over the phone and I live 6 hours away in Atlanta. Which, sounds bad but I make trips there fairly often. Once, I got there though it was lovely inside and the person I gave it to really appreciated it. So, it was well worth it.

Lovely service and amenities, however you'll have to pass the gamblers smoking and drinking to get anywhere. Given that atmosphere, I don't think I'd return with children.

Old and run down. Security staff thinks they are Navy seals on a mission to protect the president. The lady was mean, rude, and unprofessional. We won't be back!

We ate at the sit down restaurant. Prices were middle of the road between the cafe and buffet. Food was good but they were short of kitchen staff, so it took awhile to get our food. The casino part is somewhat difficult to find, but they have a wide variety of games. My wife won $90.00 off a $2.00 bet, so I would say the slots are decent. Table minimums were mostly $10.00, but I was able to play Let It Ride for $5.00.

Use to be a great place to getaway, now they have slacked on customer care and the tables and slots are very tight.

Very sketchy pit bosses... i stayed for 5 minutes before the were rude. Completely uncalled for

Tasty buffet if you skip their Asian food selection, that part sucks. Otherwise, good food and fantastic serving staff.

My stay was excellent. Kathy Wally is a wonderful host . I have been to the IP many times but after my last visit in July of 2019 I received a letter basically giving me a whipping from a lady named Kim Goetz for the way I used my complimentary food coupon for $120.00. Now I I may be to sensitive but I lost about $20,000 on my last 2 trips and to complain about how I may have used a $120.00 free food coupon seems very petty. There are many Casinos on the coast to choose from and I think I will

You better be 21+!! If not, they will know and you can't drink... I wemt with a friend who was 20 and....nvm i guess they are just doing thier jobs. Haha

I visited the spa for the first time on a recent trip and it was fantastic. My husband and I tried to book massages, but many of their services are unavailable due to Covid which is entirely understandable. I was able to make an appointment for a facial and it was lovely. They are taking extra precautions to ensure cleanliness, while still doing their best to provide timely service. I definitely recommend if you need a break from gambling.

Went for the seafood buffet Friday night. 1.5lbs of fairly decent crabs. The rest of the buffet was good as well. Would definitely go back for bugget.

Was here for the new year 2019 it was a joke no real entertainment should have had paid to have real entertainment sad I wouldn't waste your time the slot machines don't pay out much at all i stayed here I ended up in other casinos because of the rude people and guess !! Never again didn't expect bad service needs training on how to treat people when you want them to spend their money.

I ate at the restaurant inside. The staff was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The IP is huge inside and a site to see. When we got to the restaurant the service was great and the food was even better. Absoulty amazing experience! Will be coming back for sure!

Room was nice but the whole place smelled like smoke. My clothes and suitcase took on the smell

I went there to see a concert. There is lots to do here and and a large variety of slot machines. They have really good concerts and bring in a lot of well known artists. Usually very crowded is at is one of the most popular casinos on the coast.

Came for concert on Friday night, was a great one. As far as IP first time there & will be last. Over priced food, security in casinos are a joke! Saw at least 3 different guys cussing, pushing, yelling at others & NOTHING was done. 3 vehicles involved in accident by valet parking. Overall customer service was good. Need updated info in rooms on what restaurants are located there & hours of operation. Beautiful pool but $220 for cabanas! Ridiculous!

Pretty decent and has some fun games. Wish there were more table games

Went for a corporate meeting for my employer. Meeting room was excellent and the food provided was fantastic and plentiful. I highly recommend this place for all your business conference needs. Service was way beyond great.

Sliding fast, rooms aren't clean and staff are going downhill in customer service and friendliness...

Don't expect security to do their job until its to late.....you really are on your own on this gaming floor...

The room was clean and beautiful, however the AC did not appear to work well. The staff was nice, parking was good and well lit.

Very nice casino and hotel. Food was very good and the comps they give you are pretty nice too. Went as a surprise for my birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite, put balloons in the room, and gave us free dinner that evening all because it was my birthday. I was thrilled and really enjoyed my time at the IP casino.

Great time overall, did only brake even though, which I'll take ... got a chance to see Bill Engvall it was a fantastic show. I will definitely be back if they keep bringing comedy shows like this. Also the hotel wasn't bad at all, very clean, would recommend.

Very nice rooms and casino. But to many machines are not playable some are new and some are being moved. So the variety of machines are not as much at this point and one buffet is very expensive

This is my second time staying here and I love it. Everyone is friendly. The food and drinks are awesome, the slot machines are great.

It is a horrible experience. The clientele has changed from good and decent players to no manners and rude players. It is disgusting and loss their welcoming and warmth as a casino. No difference from treasure bay

IP is a fun place to go, meet friends and the food is great.

This was my first time dining at the lunch buffet. Although the food was pretty generic, it was ok for a lunch menu. Staff was great and food was hot and fresh.

I enjoyed the people and the casino atmosphere, any questions I had were answered quickly n friendly. .will see about coming back in the future n will tell others..was there celebrating my birthday so it was special. .thanks..

The food in the buffet was great for my group with around 20-30 people

I love this place, modern up to date and great staff. The rooms are nice and the comps seem to be better then most of the other casinos. I will definitely be back.
