Room was very poor. Was told our luggage was gonna be in room waiting on us and we had to go back down stairs to get it ourselves. Ordered room service and waited forever to find out that they didn t even put the order in yet.

Saw the Oak Ridge Boys in Studio A. The venue is awesome! Seating is perfect. Acoustics are excellent! Lighting is excellent! Nice, friendly, and knowledgeable employees.

This place is by far the worst casino. They take away your free play after you earned it by playing your money

I had difficulty actually getting into my room, several keys would not work. After I finally got a working room, things were good. The room was fairly clean although it did have a slight smoke smell in a non smoking room. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, keep this in mind if smoke bothers you! Casino was fun. Staff was alright, but other resorts do have nicer, more accommodating staff. Overall the experience was ok, but I will be staying at a different resort next trip.

Only knock is that the gaming floor has a really weird layout. Good place all around

I love this casino, my family & I make yearly trips and it's outstanding. The rooms are clean & plush the service is over the top! The overall experience here is top notch I would recommend to anyone .... I'm here now writing this survey I would write more but I'm on the poker table!!!!!!

Love the spa, it has a coed steam room which is hard to find. I did not have any luck gambling. Promotions aren't as good as they used to be either. Buffet was ok

The place was beautiful. I'm not a stranger to casinos as there are many in Wisconsin where I'm from. But this place allowed smoking and it made me want to get sick being inside. In Wisconsin they have a separate place for smokers. Here no. Total turn off for such a pretty place.

The room is nice sized. We had a great view of the bay. King sized bed is comfortable. Has a small fridg. They now rent microwaves if you want them. Staff is friendly.

For the price the rooms are spacious but the hotel smells like cigarettes

Being a local Uber driver and dealing with a lot of tourists I always recommend the IP Casino whether it s from their restaurants to the center bar or Even letting them know how many people win at the IP how always recommend IP to Locals and tourists

Great and nice casino. The rooms need an upgrade and the checkin process was not what we expected. Had to cancel reservations on a previous stay but the room on this trip was a 2 out of 5

The rooms are alright and the prices are good. Never had a problem at the tables and this place seems less smokey than the others.

They have really really good shows here though. Joe Bonamassa has been know to play here and I promise that's a good show.

Typical casino but they seemed to have good payouts and most people were polite and helpful one lady at the member desk was a little rudr but other than that people were nice and polite. Didnt stay in the rooms but they give you a lot of offers and coupons for places in the area resturaunts and hotels and tourists shops and such.

Parking is free but you better be ready to carry all your stuff because check in and hotel is at the other end of the property. At check in they couldn't find my reservation with hotwire. Ended up waiting 30 minutes while they worked it all out. The room is very holiday inn like, not impressed. We got a room with no view. High tide Cafe was delicious. Rooms were expensive, probably won't return to the resort.

I like to play here usually win a little bit each time.

The IP is a stone grove. Noce gambling rooms, buffet, and bar. And friendly employees.

Just went to a concert., I didn't have no money left to put in a machine

Nice rooms but even the non smoking floors smelled of smoke. While staying on the 31st floor, there was also a very strong odor of marijuana. Also, if you have any of the suites where you get nightly turndown service, make sure you take the Do Not Disturb sign off the door or you won't get that service

Good buffet, nice rooms, nice pool and gym, along with sympathetic comps/freeplay. Nice poker room and non smoking gaming, wish they had a little better entertainment venues/acts

Pretty much stuck to the floor. I was disappointed by the lack of creature comforts like your basic water fountain, but overall not the worst experience I've ever had

Nice and luxurious beatiful as you walking thru the casino rooms are very nice but i didn't like the room didn't have a microwave the sercurity some had attitude with the directions of children overall it was ok

This was my first visit to Biloxi..the IP surpassed anything I expected...the room were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful..the food at the 850 was incredible! Large portions and absolutely delicious! The casino was very clean and cocktail waitresses in the floor were timely and very polite....thank you! I will be staying at the IP again.

Went to see Hollywoods game show with Bob Ubanks it was really a goodtime ,my sister and I enjoyed it.Would love to go again and lots of people won nice prizes of free pay.

Too bad the slots weren't loose enough. We did win at boomtown.

Woke up at 5 am to a fake fire alarm, but they claimed that someone pulled it but only some floors heard it and the people working there just stayed in the back room (like nothing happened). It was ok-ish though.

It was a wonderful place to visit. They hosted our ships reunion and took exceptional care of us.

It was a nice casino a little low level than what I expexted

I left something in the room I checked out Monday I called when I got home and unpacked at 11:00 am . I called kept getting placed on hold then the calls went to voice mail. Finally about 8:30 pm I spoke to someone when I asked for the manager of the hotel. I asked the housekeeping supervisor she nothing was turned in. So if they cleaned the bathroom they saw it. Therefore they don't turn in items left behind.
