Love buffet from here because of their vietnamese section

Had nothing but issues from checking in to time we left. We were not given a smoking room with a view as I had already paid for and then was put in a non smoking and had to wait to get changed to a smoking room which ended up having no view because windows were covered due to construction. Needless to say would never stay again. I can say the restaurant food was really good and the machines were great.

Machines is very tight food.is.awful use to be very good will not eat there anymore

Part of Boyds Gaming the IP is a very nice big hotel/casino that I love to visit yearly. It's big enough to spend the days and evenings gambling in but so close to others if need be. The rooms are nice and everything I need for an enjoyable stay.

My wife and I did a couples spa package at 5 Senses for our anniversary. Kira & Larry were outstanding! Made us melt with relaxation. Thank you so much guys for making our stay exceptional!

Best food ever, friendly staff and professional atmosphere.

Had drinks and played a few slot games. The employees we talked to were all friendly. Overall environment was clean and had a great atmosphere.

Friendly staff and you feel wanted while you are there. Felt like home.

Great room, awesome staff and good dining. Play roulette did well and looking forward to coming back. Only complaint was a little smokey.

Only complaint is they only comp food for poker play. I like a room every now &then.

Most of those casinos will not let you win , but THEY let you loose all you cash watch your free play it means spend your own cash, when you done with free play they make you think that after your free play is over you can win in other words. You played nothing when you play free play get every penny you win out until you finish that free play then wake out. I DID THAT A LOT I ended up loosing my own cash. A LESSON LEARNED.The hotel is OK, food not very good. They need to have small fridges in the room so you can use ice less

IP casino is a really enjoyable place to stay. It's probably my favorite casino to go to at the moment. Not too terribly crowded and the staff is great.

Classy Classy Casino there are definitely winnable slots,and table games that you can play and truly enjoy .There are delicious tasty restaurant spots throughout the Casino ss well nice friendly service so you should enjoy your stay

Only problem I got is there's not enough drink servers.i always tip my server, for some reason they never come back.

Clean room and common areas. Great views and overall an excellent customer experience.

Casino was great but the rooms left much to be desired. They were older and musty. The elevators we're also very old and loud. They sounded scary. Studio A was awesome! Seating for the show was great no matter where you sat.

Totally Vegas, thousands of miles away.. at great prices.

Not happy having to pay a resort fee just for a bed and no amenity use.

Well ip was and is a great place to stay but if I ever get stopped by a doorman because he's jealous of my chest, yes I work out and wanna show it, like y do u a male care if my button is popped to far down???? I will not let this establishment steal my joy

Hadn't been in about 5 to 7 years. My biggest complaint would be the casino floor. The lighting was poor, in my opinion, and the stale cigarette stench was a bit more than i wanted to tolerate. I didn't make it to the second floor. I cut my visit extremely short. As for the property otherwise, it was almost as I remember.

I have stayed here on average of 9 nights a moth for about 9 years (for work). Great staff, clean rooms, Chill bar is my favorite part due to the staff. TIEN is a must...one of my favorite Asian restaurants ever. Full variety of Asian foods. Don t waste your money at the Beau Rivage or others. They are currently improving a lot of the areas to make them even better.

Front desk rep rude...my husband and I were in line. He stepped away to park the car. I was told I couldn't check in without him. Note I had his wallet and I'd and credit card. Our first room had food in the fridge and tub was dirty. The second room given by the first rep had a leaky toilet and water running from the top.
Hopefully our third room with we sufficient to get some rest after 5 hour drive. We thought it was a great deal and would be fun to stay overnight at a casino. I just want to get some rest.

I loved the Johnny Gill concert! It was so intimate, I like the fact that this is one of the smaller spots!

Excellent conference facility with outstanding staff support to be sure all details were covered. Food was phenomenal at every meal and the room accommodations were terrific. I had one issue but it was overshadowed by the food, the service and the effort to rectify the problem. Very happy ending.

First time at a Casino. Surpassed expectations. Friendly staff (though a bit scripted) & a room that was much higher in luxury than I thought.

Most games in Biloxi.. Always clean and great prices.

I have stayed in the hotel a couple of times through work and hanging out with friends. I loved this hotel. The rooms, casino and sports bars, are great. I will be visiting again with my entire family.

Just do it. Don't rush for parking space as you enter like most folks. Go to 7th floor garage level. Lots of hassle free spots. All levels require taking same elevator to casino floors.

My husband and I had a Wonderful time here. We were comoted dinner for 3 nights also the day we were leaving, their was a really bad storm and the hotel did allow us and several other people to travel in the bad weather.

They gave Us a free night and food and gambling allowances for the day.

They weren't just concerned about making money, they were concerned about our safety.
The room was very clean, & I'm OCD
The staff was very nice and helpful.

My favorite. Great rooms, they've got a great free drink bar while you play, and the buffet is really good.

Recently changed player card system seems to have caused issues. Multiple slots would not read the new card after multiple attempts. Claims that the new system is simpler simply do not pan out. And it appears they have reduced the number of slots available.

Update: I can appreciate the response from IP Casino. The issue with the card readers is not one or two machines. If I had done as they had suggested, called for service each and every time, that would have been my day. I would estimate that easily every 5th machine I tried had a card reader issue with the new cards.

As for the reduced slot, the new Sports Book area originally had more than 15 machines. And several other areas have less machines (I.e. by the elevators on the 2nd floor, the smoke free section). This is over the past year.

Bottom line is the IP isn't a bad casino, but it isn't the greatest ever either.

We always stay here when we go to Biloxi. Great food, close to the beach and the pool is fantastic!

I enjoyed the location and the staff was nice. We had a Deluxe Room with two queen beds. The first night the bed we slept in was the worst bed I have ever slept on. The bed was lumpy. We slept in the other bed the second night and we had a comfortable sleep. We had a stopped up bathroom sink. We were only there for two nights which we paid for the stay. For the money we spent I would not be staying at this location anytime soon.

Not the most comfortable beds. Room is a little hot. Food is good and very nice staff.

Went to a concert here. Small, crowded theater area - which was PERCECT! The sports bar in the casino was wonderful with knowledgeable bartenders and delicious drinks. Smell of cigarette smoke was pretty much everywhere, though. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to someone with smoke allergies!

Very clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Went there to see Mat Franco show. Nice theater.Was a great time.

I love the I.P. but my whole family was here from S.C.and we went there to play and they were so disappointed they spent a lot of money and never it anything. They said it would be along time before they went there again. It made me sad. It's one of my favorite casino. They never even made their money back.. Disappointed when you have to travel back with a whole lot less than you came with.

Slots need to be looser, never win anything there. Ever!

No getting away from the smoking, even in non-smoking rooms. The buffet is great though!

Great selection of games, food and fun. There is something to do for everyone here even if you dont gamble.

We have dinner weekly at the IP. Our favorite restaurant is Tein, followed by 32. The buffet is ok and so is the new Bayview cafe. A nice place to try out
