Attended a live band session at this nice spot inside called CHILL. The music was good and the drinks were right. It's something about a bartender with a earring in his ear that knows how to mix drinks! He had all kinds of little tricks and flips with the bottles! Will definitely visit again!

They got back some of what I took from them. I enjoy the place. Staff is nice and you can win money there for sure

Stay during the week (Mom - Thur) for the best room deals and book with your "B-connect" card to reduce room rate. This is a 4-star resort! We drop in about once per month. We have stayed at a number of other hotels and resort but the IP is in the top tier. We would highly recommend staying at the IP.

Used to like the place, made a legit complaint about a promotion they ran last Tuesday, I got the 100 points required for a gift, they were not able to pick it up until 3pm, they closed all the casinos around 2pm, due to Tropical Storm, they opened back around 10am next day. Asked the Director about redeeming the gift, sorry they would not do it. Then I wanted to use my points for some take out, and they, said I could not, unless I dined in. Went and got a pizza in lobby to go and no problem there. I say Bad Management, the workers are trying to please though, put my complaint on their Facebook Page, and they removed it. Today I found the reduced my tier level. Not Good People at All ! The lengthy response from the IP is ridiculous, the promotion was straight forward, get 100 points and everyone gets the same gift, why couldn't you simply honor your end of the deal when you reopened ? Simple, those that got their voucher printed, honor it. The food thing was stupid the sports bar had to go available, but could only use points, not a voucher if I dinned in, but not for take out, or should I say Up to the room.

It's a very nice late late restaurant with extremely nice staff and the food is authentic Biloxi, the rooms are nice but a bit pricey thinking about having my grandmother's 86th birthday at the Imperial Palace she loves those penny slots

Nice, too tired from trip to stay up late to gamble. Valet parking needs work on faster response to parking and retrieving the car

Visited the casino, not the spa.Ate at High Tide. Excellent food, nice servers.

The show was great if only we could hear what Mickey gilley and Johnny Lee were Saying. The people at the bars..the volunteers and others who we not in the studio we're talking so loud. We actually said hush and shh others also were annoyed.

Living on the coast and having visited all the local casinos, I find this one the most pleasant. Has a homey atmosphere and when I have stayed there I really enjoyed.

I wasn t able to find a non smoking room here at all after I changed rooms a few times. Firstly Inwas up on 27th and then moved down to 16th floor. After I left there, I have all my beloings smell like the litter. It seemed like the cigar smell came into the room the vent system.

I like IP because it's more comfortable for me and convinced and I them machines you'll have machines that some don't have.

Back Bay buffet is good food especially the bread pudding. Rooms are comfortable, good concerts. Variety of machines to play and table games. They have a non smoking area that is a separate part of the casino on the second floor. Good security as well. Plenty of parking.

I went to the spa for a massage. The service, hot and cold rooms, and the hot tub were great. My massage was amazing and I will definitely go back

Been to almost EVERY CASINO in the United States. This one wasn't to my standards. The # & selection of slots was below standard. The payouts were low. Two stars is for the LIVE Entertainment that perform there. Otherwise, NOTHING I would return for.

Commodores concert there was great! They also have a great lunch buffet!

Rooms are great. The hotel and casino is really nice it's a great place to visit.

The Casino it self is great but No Microwave in the room for the price we paid and a bottle of water in the machine was $3.00

Our non smoking room smelled like smoke!! Very small space & outdated. Do yourself a favor & stay @ the Scarlet Pearl! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I spent two nights here. The room was really nice. The staff was most helpful. Parking was free and convenient. The pool was beautiful, but could be a little crowded during mid afternoon.

Amazing hotel. Love the casino and all the free drinks. Beautiful hotel with lots to do, shopping, food, and a pool. There is a buffet and also a more upscale restaurant as well. They have a bar with karaoke and amazing drinks. The rooms are priced really very affordable. Great place to stay.

Best buffet I've been to. Snow crab legs are delicious! You have to pay extra, but it's worth it! The staff is friendly. Love the deserts! Prime rib is so so good! I go every chance I can. You want a good buffet? IP is the place to be

The room's are very nice, clean,beds comfortable. The sports bar restaurant doesn't have a large menu but the food was good. Gambling is not really good, lot's oh machines but the payouts are horrible. My friend won two cents in the bonus, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, we both said time to move on.

Very clean, but had a dim atmosphere. The Back Bay Buffet is worth it for the value.

I had a great time at IP Casino, the rooms were nice and we had a great time in the casino. The staff was very polite and helpful as well.

All around good casino experience. Plenty of dining choices and gambling opportunities. Valet is free and prompt. The parking garage is easy to use as well.

Always lots of fun at the slots, table games, buffet, fine dining, or just somewhere nearby where I can get away but not pay one red cent for train, bus or plane fare. My friends also say IP's 31-floor hotel and the tallest building in Mississippi is a great place to stay. Especially since they get free rooms with player's club reward comps. The IP usually offers a new player's club promo where you get up to $10 in free play credits the first time you sign up. When I first signed up a few years back, I had $1.00 to my name and came out with $30 from a jackpot won by playing free credits. Even existing club members get special perks like discounts and periodic comps at the hotel and buffet.

The room was really nice, had a king size bed, fridge, and decent sized tv. But who's there to watch TV anyway? All of the staff were really friendly. The two bartenders (Bo and I think Dave) at the Highlights Sports Bar were amazing and funny. Great people persons and sense of humor. The casino was really nice. Had a great selection of slots and card games.

Pretty good for the first time we will be staying at the Hard Rock Motel next time
