King Room was nicely kept. Refrigerator was great for leftovers and drinks. Bathroom/shower was clean and worked great. Hotel internet service was fantastic.

Good food especially the pho kitchen and lots of good slot machine and table play. Rooms are always nice and clean also.

DO NOT COME HERE EVER
This hotel checked my family and I onto the smoking floor, WHICH we did NOT ask for...Also the smoking room did not have a refrigerator which the front desk agents knew and we weren't informed of. ALL rooms are supposedly equipped with them, but this one did not. We were moved into another room which was worse!! The rooms front door didn't open close correctly, also refrigerator wasn't placed in correct area, and had a lean to it.

The rooms are very good. It's a very typical casino and it eats pretty well.

Horrible customer service at every opportunity. Trip began with check in, which was very similar to checking out at Wal-Mart, guest were being corralled into a que that has 8 working stations but only 2 actual employees. After waiting half an hour we finally get checked into our room for 4 but yet the bathroom only had 3 towels, seriously...so after calling the front desk 5 times they finally answer only to tell me to call housekeeping which took another 3 calls to finally have someone answer and then another half hour for them to make their way to my room. Gaining family access to the pool area is more difficult than entering the White House. Although we claimed 4 guest on our room we failed to include the names our of children which to us wasn't a big deal but to the pool Nazi it was an act of treason against the mother-land. So yet again, we had to make our way to the understaffed front desk and wait 20 minutes to add the names of our children onto the registry so that we could finally enjoy some pool time. But while at the pool do not expect any shade without having to rent out a private cabana, so on a sunny day only plan on being at the pool for a little while or leave the color of a boiled lobster. For a resort this size I was expecting multiple pools or at least one at a size capable of handling the guest count, wrong again. Ordering a pizza from their lobby cafe, Infusion was obviously a burden on the employee, the audacity of a guest wanting an employee to heat up a frozen pizza was almost too much for her to handle. The ONLY positive was The night club, Chill. The bar tenders were amazing, the band playing (Spank the Monkey) was amazing, if not for that club the entire IP experience would have been totally horrible. Took a chance on this hotel, next time I will stay on the strip again and just pay a little bit more.

The IP is very generous with their Senior Prom and free concerts etc. I don t gamble much but one of my favorite casinos. The buffet for the Senior prom was of high quality and variety. I have been to Vegas many times while living in San Diego and LA. The casino doesn t compare to Caesers or The Beau Rivage or Planet Hollywood, but here on the MS gulf coast, I highly recommend it.

Check in was quick and easy...our non-smoking room was very clean and comfortable. The casino was clean and in good shape and, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't even have a microwave in the room they wanted an extra 25 dollars to get one and the payouts were awful won't be back

Absolutely the worst hotel/casino. Spend the extra money and stay at a better place. Check-in took 2 hours, the pool is located on the the roof of the garage and closes all the time and it is very inconveniently designed. The cost ended up being close to what the nice places on the beach are. Expect long waits and poor service. It's not a resort.
The Reef restaurant is great. Awesome food and better service.

I have been coming here with my family since I was a child. We always love the Back Bay Buffet's variety of food options and their wonderful desserts. All in all, the Resort/ Casino atmosphere is very nice!

Wonderful food at the buffet. The casino is OK but the staff isn't very friendly. The machines are not very hot very often. They only have two 5 dollars Black jack tables and it's a wait on the weekends.

I enjoy the casino when I go however. The pillows in the hotel are so hard I get neck pain & the drink girls do not come around nearly enough.

Reply to owner: sure I can give feedback. <br/>Ive been to the casino 4 or 5 times. I went on the weekend of july 14th the latest time. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get a new players card and then the lady at the widow told me in a rude manner that I dont have an account(I do though). <br/>I asked if I could just sign up for a new account since "I dont have an account". She told me no that I could not sign up for a new account. Which makes no sense.<br/>Through the entire interaction she was extremely rude and basically calling me a liar. There are far too many casinos in the area with staff that are respectful, so I will not be back.

Jamey Johnson was amazing at the IP and dinner at Half Shell was great.

I had an awesome time at the IP Casino! The pool was fantastic and so was the room and the casino! My whole family enjoyed it and we will be back next weekend!

Fireworks show was spectacular.....didn't want it to end love being here for 4th of July weekend

Spend all ur money and no waitress in 2 hrs to even get u a drink...

In July 2017, Swimming pool looked dirty and the room smelled of a funky chemical. We had a free Buffett, which wasn't good. Room was a great price and I will NEVER stay here again, even if it was free.

Meal at the new restaurant was half cooked, one item was too spicy too eat.

Rooms and hotel were very nice, restaurant staff was rude and food was meh.

Took the Good times bus from Pensacola to Biloxi.Had the best time.You will enjoy IP so much.I rate it a 10.

Buffet was not good not worth 25 dollars , and crab legs are separate now from buffet, buckets by the lb, everything warm and over cooked.

Slot are tight guess there making up for the time they were closed

I used to love this casino, now it is run down and they don't reward their players like they used to.

Friday night buffet worth the extra $8 for crab legs plenty for 2 or 3 people to share. They have smoke free gambling areas. The lounge located near the entrance had live entertainment friendly people.

Is there for my birthday I thought you got a free birthday buffet but found out you have to play to get so many points. The buffet should be free on your birthday

Although I lost in the slots, the servers actually were coming around often. The hotel and the show Joe Nichols were awesome!

We enjoyed it. Has an arcade for the kids. New members get free buffet. We will definately be back!

Don t waste time was supposed to have massage this weekend and they booked for wrong date. Also never sent email confirmation either. Hilarious they ll book for a different day then your hotel reservation. Never giving them a dime of mine again. That s the difference between Vegas and MS SERVICE!!!
UPDATE: and warning as it s about to get comical! So just received a call from IPA from a lady named Mary. Pretty much the attitude on the phone was we have audio recordings of you and you clearly stated the wrong date. Wow Mary! Few things first I didn t hear the audio so who knows right. Second calling your customers and saying you have recordings and it s my fault feels a little threatening. Third if I d received the email confirmation i never got I d immediately would have called back and rescheduled. Third when I call and get operator and transfer to SPA I don t remember hearing it say I could be recorded(I ll def be doing some phone testing now on your side to see if I can get to the SPA without getting a message warning me I could be recorded. Will check state laws too but thats another conversation. Don t worry though not canceling my room will do a full critique, black light etc this weekend and if anything is out of order will post back here with a link to a reddit post with pictures and review. Hopefully things will be in order and that won t be needed Mary! Thanks again for the call! Also appreciate the customer is always right attitude at the IP! 1 star stands for now! PS just a little creepy too Mary.

Great place to stay and play at. Staff is very friendly and tables are not to crowded.

William at the front desk was absolutely incredible when it came to helping us. We drove 7 hours to town and William was an absolute delight. Very kind, patient and understanding

Went for a friend's birthday, the drinks were pricey and the band was terrible.

Room was nice but buffet was horrible. Now you have to purchase crab legs separate, last time I will eat there.Rest of buffet is not worth 25 dollars. Only casino that charges like this, unbelievable!

They blocked good machines so I couldn't play the one I wanted like they knew it was hot.

Worst experience we have ever had staying at a casino resort every employee we came in contact with from check in to check out were rude and very unfriendly will never go back and will never recommend to anyone

Valet service is closed but plenty of empty parking spots in the garage. Buffet is closed. Table games have tripled minimum bet. 3 players per table,and sanitary measures are lacking. Tien restaurant was good but we had to ask for the table to be wiped at the hibachi bar. Hotel room did not smell like it had been sanitized. This used to be a favorite place for a weekend getaway, not so much any more.

Great pool, amazing room, the only down side was that Mother Nature kicked us out of the pool early with a major storm.
