Large casino with sufficient table games. Sportsbook was great. Staff was courteous. Interaction with dealers was excellent. Only complaint was ac would not maintain temp. It was HOT during the night then cold.
My fav casino! You don't have to "pay to play" tables! Very well decorated, has everything you need in one place.
Bad experience from the time we arrived. The valet was put out when we asked for a porter. Ended up carrying our own bags to the front desk. After carrying bags that far we were not interested in paying to have them carried the rest of the way. Woman at front desk was flipant and bureaucratic and denied us the use of a cart to carry our bags on.
Room had no microwave. Was informed that to get one there was an upcharge.
Basic amenities are upcharges here. I P Casino looks to sqeeze money out of it's customers for anything and everything.
Felt more like I was sequestered than I was a guest.
Nice - only thing i didn't like was the service at the pool, food was expensive and very small portion.
No place like spa in IP! Ip has some of the nice facilities. Wet steam, dry sunar, jacuzzi and multiple rest area!
Check in went smooth except for getting the wrong room number. Very nice hotel.

Still smokey in walk to restaurants. I would not recommend if you hate cigars and cigarettes smoke. Much nicer cleaner casinos in the area
I have stayed at IP many times and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating to guest needs. My favorite place to stay on the MS Gulf Coast.
Rude as hell does not matter how long you are in line emerald guest can skip you and they only have 1 person at the desk therefore; emerald guest just walk up in front of u and its acceptable

I keep giving this place a chance and I keep getting burn. Last night cost me $1,000. Two bonuses in the machines I played. $400 in one game with no bonus betting $1.76. $300 in another on with no bonus. But over all I'm suppose to be happy with the $15 of free play a week. I think i need to give it away to someone else.
Room door not closed when I arrived after check-in. Numerous bugs seen in the room, and a roach seen on the ice maker. Room was not clean. Will never stay here again!
It was my birthday and I forgot my pin for my card. Not ONLY did they reset my pin but gave me a birthday pin and made me feel EXTRA special on my special day!! IP over ANY casino!!

Ehhh I rather go to a different casino. I won't say any names though because that's rude. The rooms are okay... even when we have upgraded our rooms it's still just ehhh. The parking structure is also has tight corners and we have a big ole truck so we have to valet it. The staff is friendly mostly though

We recently spent 4 days at the IP and we loved it! Beautiful hotel! The elevators were confusing at first but we caught on quick! I loved all of the security they had and you had to show your key card to gain entry to the hotel side of the resort! The room was clean and the beds are soooo comfortable! Our housekeeper was wonderful too! We will definitely stay here again!
Had a great time staying here for the weekend. Casino was pretty packed but I left a winner. Room was clean and comfortable.

A small casino compared to the others on the coast but that probably adds to the experience. The dealers were friendly and patient. Not a huge amount of tables but you can still manage to find one.
Danielle and Randall were great. They were very professional and friendly. We had a blast and left very relaxed and refreshed.
I love the IP. Restaurants are excellent, staff is more than friendly and attentive, and for the most part, the patrons are as equally friendly. We love coming here and try to make it at least once a year!

I called weeks in advance to rent a cabana. I was called the evening before and told a cabana was unavailable. The time I requested a cabana, the were 5 cabanas unused the entire period of time I requested the rental. I asked for a call for any changes or cancellations. This was very poor customer service.
Rooms are falling apart.. SPA CHANGED ITS PRICES.. OUTRAGEOUS. People leave their kids unattended in the rooms so if u ate the lucky one to get a room next to a family of 10 staying next door you are screwed

The casino itself is great, but the Tien restaurant is NOT. Really expensive, poor tasting food. They need to enforce the no smoking rule in the smoke-free gaming section, too.
Went to see a concert. Charlie Daniels Band was there and Charlie's still playing at 81. It was a great nite with pickin' and fiddlin'. Love the show and the venue. Parking in their garage is still painful, and needs serious re-configuration of some sort.
Poker room is great. Lots of fun. Buffett is always real good. With lots of variety. You will enjoy the beautiful rooms.
