Always great fun and profitable gaming, very clean, outstanding service, great rooms too.

As always, the IP treated my grandma like royalty. The room was very clean when we checked in. The food was delicious. My grandma loved her spa appointment.

It was my birthday March 30th, I convince my niece and my sister who live in Florida to go with me to the IP Casino, I came from Atlanta Georgia met them in Pensacola and we rode to Biloxi. I was told that if I got 25 points or whatever you call it on my card, I would get a free meal or free T-shirt for my birthday, when I went to redeem the points at the window I was told I had to go to the kiosk to find out if I had enough points, then print out a ticket and come back to the window, I came back to the window where I m told you can t redeem the ticket in that line, I d have to go to the other line meanwhile my ride is getting a little impatient because I m running all over this freaking casino to find the kiosk to find the right window the end result is I never got to redeem my ticket, which was very disappointing, my overall visit was pretty good but to have the end of my visit be full of me running around a casino trying to redeem something that is supposed to be free brought it to a very bitter end so I just left. I think it would have been more beneficial to your customers to have your people better informed so they can tell your customers where they need to go to redeem the tickets, the women at the window was not very clear about the information they were giving, the women on the floor could not even tell me exactly where to go, I m sure I ran around for the better part of a half hour and there in lies the reason I give your casino a one star

Just went to gamble a bit. The IP is very clean and the staff is so helpful. For being a smoking casino, it doesn't smell nearly as bad as the other casinos. This one is my favorite casino to go to in Biloxi.

It is so relax and just to get away and the people there are so friendly I had a great time I will be back in a few months

Couples spark was the best spa package my husband and I have had to date. We loved this spa and cant wait to go back

Ate at the buffet, there was a large variety of food and all of it tasted great. It was packed but it was a saturday night

This was our first visit to IP and to a Biloxi. We checked in Wed Aug 15 around 4. Looong line for check in but moved quickly. Our luggage was taken by the bellman while I checked in and husband parked car. Got to our room, average room. Now it took about 2 hrs or so to get luggage....meanwhile we had to wait in room because we had to be there for them to bring luggage in! Not happy at all. We were anxious to get out and explore. Next morning getting ready to go out, safe broke, called for help and that went pretty smooth. Housekeeping did not empty trash, replace shampoo etc, used glass not replaced with new one and did not replace coffee. The casino is not bad. Pool is awesome!! We had back bay buffet on Friday night....it is terrible. Both my husband and I were sick after eating. It s not worth the money at all! For such a large hotel we expected much better. Lastly, while you are gambling, do NOT expect to see anyone bring drinks. Maybe we say someone every 1 1/2 hours and when they did take your order, it took forever for them to come back. I doubt we would stay again.

So much fun! Beautiful casino! The penthouse suite is amazing and so modern and cozy.

The IP Casino in Biloxi, MS was amazing the staff there was very friendly an helpful! The guys doing Valet parking were very nice as well. The rooms were well cleaned and smelled fresh. The pool was not open yet. The casino staff were also friendly.

The service here is horrible. The staff members are very rude. The food is mediocre at best, and the rooms are also mediocre.

Rooms could use updating-refrigerator was just sitting on the floor like an afterthought. Building was extremely smokey. Otherwise, the view of the water was great and staff was friendly.

Nice rooms, and a great cable TV line up, for when you want a break from the casino.

I went to the buffet and the service was okay. There wasn't much choice in regular food, but they had a very large dessert bar.

To start with trying to get a valet to bark was a total mess, disorganized isn't what I'd call it, it was total chaos. Than check in, we stood standing inline for a good fourty minutes, We had paid for four nights of what should be fun and relaxing. Let's start with the bed, the bed is horrible. Springs broken on both sides of a king bed, so you either role into a hole or you lay in the middle of the bed hoping for the best. The carpets need cleaning, furniture is old and out dated. have three more nights of this, we can't leave because of the no cancellation thing. The casino is a casino, you walk in with a 100 you walk out without your hundred. But that's the chance you take at any casino, esp big casinos like IP resort, after all they have to pay those god awful singers. Now for the parking OMG !! It's a 1/4 mile walk from the room to the parking garage. Carrying your own luggage seems to be another issue with such a high priced hotel. So far the employees of IP Resort all seem kind. But wish we would had done more research before reservation. We would had paid a little more to go to one of the other hotels. Our fault. But never again. Next summer we go elsewhere. Mississippi gulf is turning out to be one of the most horrible of vacation spots. The freaking coast line is so polluted. They dump everything into their waters in this area. The hotels and street trash all gets washed or drained down into the coastal water here. Needles and meth pipes abound the shore line. Toilet paper and poop from sowers. They must dump raw sower into their water here. Mississippi coast line is a joke. Stay away far away. Even the locals won't take their kids to these shores.
Go east for your family vacations. Or Florida coast lines. But stay away from the gulf from Mississippi to Louisiana Texas. Don't bother.

IP has an amazing restaurant by the name of 32. It's expensive...but I highly recommend it!!!

First time at IP Casino and enjoyed my experience. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

Found a roach in my bathroom but other than that was ok.

The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Most of food at the buffet seemed out of a box or a can and barely seasoned but the seafood was fresh. Some of the staff seemed to talk at you and not to you but the room made up for it. I had a great Valentines Day get away. I will be back.

Kind of loud for my liking, seems like a popular hang out for the much younger generation. Down side here, seen 5 people to be escorted out of the casino for what seemed to be intoxication, could be wrong. Positive note, the food in the buffet and the cafe's that I visited, was OUTSTANDING.

Atmosphere great for entertainment but mattresses in the room are not comfortable.

I love the IP Casino a very nice and great place to be and stay and I win just about everytime I go there and the club there is like the very best just love it there

The staff was nice at check-in. Like most casinos, it was extremely smokey; however, within the living quarters, the smoke wasn t too bad. There was a $100 hold for a deposit placed on my credit card. It took days before the money was released by the hotel.
The gym was ok ... you have to walk through layers of smoke just to get a workout in.

Horrible Place! Too many people in the elevators crammed in and front desk staff were nice costly food for only 3 people mom, dad, and me at that deli. I can agree very hard for a person to navigate from casino to room. You spend like 15 minuets riding the damn elevator because a person can t walk from floor 2 to 4. Falsely Advertised especially on YouTube Videos. Just Very DISAPPOINTED!

Horrible. We arrived at the ip to play, but mainly to go to the noodle bar. After being unable to get a ticket we found out that we could not buy a soup. We needed to play to earn 1000 points for a ticket. After realizing we had the points to get a ticket we went to the kiosk, but could not get a ticket for the noodle bar. We went back to the player club where we were sent to the main players club cage where we waited to be informed they quit printing tickets after a certain time. During which time we go by the noodle bar to see they have plenty and no line. Unease with the situation we did not play and took the long ride home. Sad Saturday night at the IP :(

So far so good, 3 days in and everyone has been great, friendly and professional... Nice accommodations, clean and safe... Outstanding buffet food

I think it's one of best maily no deposit on room and they gave me months of free stay and all comps and the most every week after I became a double card ..but now I'm not cause I only had all that cash once..waaaaa so nothing no more back to 1st card GREEN One..unless I win mega or Powerball another wet dream..cya well i spent to much they are the best when you do 350.00 a week they gave me.. all the free food I wanted then u know u stop spending then nothing.. oh it was something legal to do..

Pretty good casino. Well designed, great amenities, good wi-fi and customer service. The hotel has decent rooms with comfortable furniture. And even though the pool is on top of the parking garage it is very nice, with great esthetics. Very relaxing and a fun environment. One downside is the parking garage, it is an aggravating place to park and navigate.
