First, this is from a concerned guest. Gave a 5 star because I do not want to hurt your future business. Not sure what it is but something is different. Rooms are not as clean as they once were, employees not as friendly as they once were, and just overall not as pleasurable as it once was. Sending this because I care and would want someone to let me know if we are slipping. Yes I will be back because this is my go-to but just wish it was like it used to be. Thanks for listening. -John S
