Never seen the rooms but I hear they're nice... they must be just booked solid every time I try to get one

Sunday buffet prime rib and crab what more can you ask for. Also have a military discount off 20% great deal.

The buffet was like a Chinese restaurant buffet. It was not good

I enjoyed a dinner at the buffet they have, the atmosphere was great, the food was even better. I can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Great service from staff. Casino slots are very tight and tables were too crowded. Decent gaming selection

One of the best buffets so far in Biloxi. Very nice looking casino. Not run down like so many others in Biloxi. Customer service on the gaming floor is quite a different story. We have been to this casino twice now and on both occasions we were lucky to ever see a hostess serving drinks. On both occasions we had to leave our games, track down a hostess and on both occasions the hostess never returned with our drinks. We always end up having to go to the bar and pay for sodas.
I do recommend the buffet but for a decent gambling experience, leave and go to Hard Rock or Beau Rivage.

They took away the unlimited crablegs and replaced them with crawfish and now charge 8 dollars a bucket on top of the buffet price.

Parking attendant walked around me service a car that was behind me then serviced a car that drove in beside me. What is this? I had to tell another attendant do you all not see me and this big white car? He replyed with a smirk sorry. Is this good service? We will think again about coming here again and tell our friends.

I visit twice a year and everything's seems the same including the menu on the buffet, the room was clean but the mattress was too soft. Housekeeping did keep the room supplied with towels. My room was on the 20th floor overlooking the garage and the bay and I was near the elevator but I did not hear any commotion it was a very quiet area all in all I did enjoy my visit and I plan to visit again. Check out was easy and simple, the only objection I have of the facility is that the garage is very tight. I enjoyed my visit and I plan to visit again Thank you I P staff.

Went to a bodybuilding show here. It was a great venue. Nothing to complain about.

Have been coming here for years, but it has changed ,no longer have rv parking,food is horrible, staff is not friendly will not be back ever again mgmt dont even care when you
complain so sad also beggers are in parking area as well as prostitute s hanging around the big rigs everywhere with their engines running all the time undesirable people trying to sell you drugs computers jewelry and whatever will not go back and definitely would not recommend, security also was the rudest staff their. rooms are nasty with smoke smell,stayed at motel 6 in Texas that was much better,including the staff..this I a real review, not a paid one, like most of them are on here,was not offered any freebies, there are many much better places to stay in Biloxi. ... this casino,hotel staff,is extremely rude,and non caring my worst experience in Biloxi by Farr save your self alot of headache, book and stay somewhere else.. one star was the lowest rating I could give,should be a minus 5 star rateing...

First time going to the casino and it was very clean. The employees were very helpful.

I love going to 32 it's not very far from where I live and it is one of my very favorite restaurants there.

Bayview Cafe was not good at all. Did not even have olive oil or lemon for the salad. Salad was pitiful. Will never return. Other horrors but won't waste any more of my time.

Hotel room was nice. The new rewards card was not adding points at it shld so we lost so many points. On top of that we spent cksie ti $3000 and won $200. Horrible winning odds.

Very nice rooms. The bathroom is a little dated.Buffet was good. Enjoy our time there also enjoyed the shows.

The Valet service is ridiculous. They don't call your name to let you know your vehicle is here. We were there and found out they didn't even get us checked in. I have never seen a placy so poorly ran

I give 3 Stars for the buffet quality. It was very loud and seating runs a little small for their booths. Food was okay and definitely wasn't worth paying $32 dollars for when other casinos in the surrounding area charge less and taste way better. The host and staff were nice though.

Overall, staff was super friendly and helpful in all regards. I do have to say that while not terrible, the buffet has declined since my last visit. While I will come back to enjoy fringe and games, I can't say I will be back for the food.

I do not recommend this place. I made reservations and requested non smoking. I was given a smoking room. When I told them I could not accept a smoking room they told me they would not give me a refund. I asked for a future free night stay since I was going to pay but I was not going to stay the night. I was told they could not do anything. So I checked in, paid and checked out basically at the same time and the manager never had the guts to explain this to me. I had to deal with just the front desk. I will never consider this place. Hardrock Cafe Casino treats me much better.

Rooms are musty. Poolarea is wonderful was able to watch the football games while swimming. Casino was musty.

This is a great place to stay. I like their spa facility. There's a co-ed area and a co-ed steam room. It also has a lunch menu. If you have time, you can spend a day inside. The buffet is good. The first floor Italian restaurant has good food. A reservation maybe needed if you plan to go there for dinner during the weekend. The upscale steak house on the top of the building is definitely a must try: great food and view. However, the restaurant I like the most inside IP is Tian, an Asian restaurant has wonderful Korean BBQ. It also has a great service. Watched two shows inside IP. Both times were great. Also, there's free coffee machines and soft drinks available for free on the casino floors.

Great place except thier Internet. Come back every year for a week. It's an annual trip for me and my best bud. Treat ya well!

A good casino hotel. Spacious comfortable room. Good buffet. The only issue is they have signs all around saying the 24hr deli had got food all night but when we checked the only had cold sandwiches. I asked what can they make hot and the last offered pizza but the first before me didn't even get that option.

I always enjoy stopping in at the IP. Everyone is polite and helpful. I usually have a few slot dollars to spend too. The buffet is always fresh and good. The casino is clean and well taken care of. I plan to return soon.

Great place we would of like to stay the weekend but coudnt pay what they wanted we came from Alabama were Sally hit really bad we found one other place they gave us a break something from the government

It has a very clean and organized game room. The staff is very nice and friendly!

Clean room. Buffet food barely edible. Buffet staff overworked. Eat before you get there. Security very nice. Won t return because of people smoking everywhere ! Could not get away from the smell.

The whole stay was spectacular. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the casino was great, and it seemed as if there was always something happening to participate in.

I hate crowds and difficult parking. Went to the buffet with my daughter. Used valet. Very courteous. Food was mediocre.

Very very pleasant place had a wonderful time. I will be going back again. I recommend it for anyone to go. I've been there about 5 times and never been disappointed.

I just have to say ip has a fantastic hotel employees are so nice and helpful i just came back from a three night stay and i also have to commend the bay veiw restaurant the food was amazing never have i ever eaten every meal at one place waitresses and staff made you feel so welcomed i told them on my last meal keep up the great and i would never go eat anywhere else thats how satisfied i was thanks ip for all you do and also thanks for all the comps satisfied customers.

With all the options in the area I would recommend this as maybe a third or fourth option. Their competition does a much better job making you feel invited, they are less assembly line experience and more customer service oriented. I was visiting the area and my family brought me to the IP so I can compare. I still prefer the Northeast Casino experience vs the Biloxi experience. Not a big fan of the automated shuffler, and I could not find a table without one. I guess I don't trust computers sorting and shuffling cards, at least make me feel like I have a chance.

The suite was amazing. Boasting a dinning room, living room, kitchenette, office space, forger, two bathrooms and a king master suite....you could swim in that jacuzzi! The rest of the resort was average. The valet was never there...not one time in a week, and the spa and buffet were also closed. The pool was nice but there were a lot of kids so it wasn't really relaxing. The casino was huge. There are tons and tons of slots and card tables. The best thing at the resort was Infusion, the coffee bar that's open 24/7.

What happen to the crab legs dam.the ball has been dropped big time

I recommend you do not stay here. The rooms were very stinky, and the pool was dirty and rundown. The hot tub smelled really bad and water was yellow.

Looking for a poker game, only one table available. Was expecting more but maybe it was the day of the week

We went to the Chill lounge. It was pretty decent. The staff were friendly enough and although it was a little packed, we had no issue getting our drinks. The band and the DJ were good too.

Not a bad casino, could have better payouts!! Rooms our ok, windcreek's free rooms are so much better

I've been a guest at the IP Hotel and Casino for at least 20 years and this was absolutely the most terrible experience of all those years. Now I'm not a "BIG" time spender I know, but my business should amount to something over the time. No commentary room this trip. That was ok because it's been almost a year since my last visit. I work a lot these days. However, the price was ridiculous for a room that was filthy and had cockroaches in it. Never have I experienced this. Plus, the personal was rude and very unpleasant, not professional at all. There's WAY too many other casinos in Biloxi for me to visit and spend my hard earned money! I could continue, but I'm sure it's useless.

FIRST TIME VISITING THE IP. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. VERY CLEAN AND OUR FRIENDS HAD A SUITE THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL...

My sister had a ton of issues trying to get to the pool would be my only complaint. Other than that when we had room service the food was fresh and well made and for a reasonable price what killed us was the gratuity tip. The room was clean and sanitary.
