When gaming here, your spouse can't sit a a gaming table if they are not gambling. No seating for on lookers and they are very strict about that.

Rooms are fair but, not worth the price. Tein restaurant is excellent!!!! Most of the staff were not very friendly. Long wait to check in and out. Don't recommend.

We got free nights to stay it was an amazing experience. Employees were so helpful, the food was just amazing, room service was on time. The concert we went to was a great experience. We had the beat time ever. I would go back anytime and stay.

IP is our FAVORITE casino. We recently moved so Vegas is actually closer for us to visit, but we d much rather visit Biloxi because of IP. We don t always win, but the staff at IP casino makes all the difference. Our host, Edith Miller is AMAZING! She makes our trip worth it every time (whether we win or lose.) Just having Edith is a win!
I can also brag on the girls in the spa. I miss them so much! Devon, Tiffany and Victoria are like family. They make my spa visits something I look forward to every time.
I also can t say enough about the food. Thirty-Two, Tien and Back Bay Buffet are the best. There s too many people to name, but we ve made friends with the staff at every location.
All around IP Casino is a huge 5 star rating for me!

Great location! Lots of food choices and plenty to do. Beautiful pool area.

I like how Boomtown, which is right up the street, gives Refreshments at the door.

Great prices on rooms, beautiful hotel lots of variety on their breakfast buffet that was all inclusive.

The rooms are clean, good selection of slot machines and staff is friendly. The food is okay but not great, the sports bar is by far the best place to eat.

My brother and I took our mother for her birthday; we had a blast, didn't win anything but we had a great time.

Pretty decent stay. Rooms are large, and clean. Casino is in an easy access location. Only wish that the parking was more obvious with signs when exiting the main circle, the garage is only seen from the main road (for enterance). Lobby is designed for maximum people flow and easily accessible.

Laid back, relax casino, somebody gotta win and somebody gotta lose. Just have fun

We had a good time and enjoyed our visit.. We stayed for two nights.. The rooms were comfortable and clean.. The staff were all nice.. It's not close to any other places as far as walking but that was fine with me we got out an saw the town.. lol while we was out and about I convince my mom lets go to "Louisiana" an guess what we did.. we didn't go all the way in Louisiana we just stopped at "Cajun Encounters Tour Company" to get some souvenirs then we headed back.. You have to drive to the beach as well I love the view on the way also.. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, food was delicious, remote work accommodations were great, and my everyday view of the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular!! The smell of smoke on the main level was terrible, however, I would highly recommend "IP Casino Resort Spa"!! To everyone I know..

I did run into a little problem the day we supposed to check out that morning with my room not goin to say because it was handled in a very nice friendly manner.. Securty Supervisor Mr. Shawn Michel and Housekeeping was very friendly with me especially the lady at the check-in desk sorry i can't remember her name but she was very helpful and understanding they moved me to another room as soon as possible..we where on the 16th floor an the view of the Gulf of Mexico already was breath taking then they moved us to the 23rd floor omfg it seems like the higher you go the better the view I filled inlove with the room all over again.. Thanks a million Mr. Shawn Michel for helping me an my family..

I love the ip it's a second home for me and my family to get away and just relax and enjoy our family time not really haven to leave the property

The people here were nice and the pool was amazing. The food was great and I have no major complains.

Not a bad place at all. Never stayed the night but enjoyed the casino. Also liked all the food choices!

Great buffet but Long line to get in...check in at 4,Wait for shorter lines too..took 35min.to check in...but was fun,good food...clean gym

The casinos are nice. The spa is awesome, but be sure to book services ahead--I got an opening for a service I wanted, but there were no massage openings for the four days we were there. in addition to spa services, there's a sauna, steam room, fitness room, hot tub, and arctic room. You can just buy a day pass for the wet area and fitness room if you don't want services or they're overbooked for the service you want. The room was large and comfortable, and though the TV had no premium movie channels, it did have NFL red zone, which was a plus for us. Overall, staff was nice and professional (though one assured me there wasn't a specific allergen in the breakfast I ordered but apparently didn't double-check so that was fun... it was obviously in there, but then I had to wait another 1/2 hour for breakfast). I liked it but might prefer to stay somewhere closer to other casinos. I enjoy walking around multiple places, though the points programs often mean it's better to stick with one brand.

Well the coffee maker almost seriously burned us that even melted the little plastic thing either coffee sits on they did however bring us a new one the refrigerator didn't work but it was a free room so what do you expect for free this is the first time I've had a problem with anything in the room usually everything is good

Conference venue horrible. Way removed from main hotel requiring long walk through casino where they hassle you for carrying a brief case or satchel. Hello. It's a meeting and people need these items to walk through the casino to get to the meeting rooms. Seems like conference facilities were an afterthought.

Bed was comfortable..room was nasty with dust EVERYWHERE! Have to walk completely across the building to get to the pool from the rooms. Ck in was a nightmare! And 12.99 for a grilled cheese!? Still have to drive to nearest city which is diberville ms to get any type of fast food or groceries, personal items etc.

High Tide Cafe is great dining value
They bring LOTS of reasonably priced quality entertainers to the coast
2 complaints: the valet parking is a ZOO! It takes forever to get parked very poor layout and seems to be always understaffed.
2nd complaint is the shortage of lower stakes ($5 & $10) blackjack tables with 3-card option.

The staff is great, the floor manager Thompson is awesome. My friend has been going there over 20 years and I can't wait to go again. Oh the buffet mmmmmmmm

A little bit easy to get lost in the place, games are new, fun. Employees are friendly and willing to help. Buffet was awesome.

Nice room and many different adult games to play. Arcade could use an upgrade for minor children and is majorly outdated. Went to another casino for the kids to have fun since the weather was cold during our visit.

jan 29th 2016- stayed in 1503- when i was getting ready for bed, i noticed that when i rolled all the blankets dwn, and climed in bed it was cold, and getting colder ,i thought it was the mattress pad,so i pulled it off and there were three towels laid out under the pad soaking up pee.. the towels were soaked.so i called house keeping, they came up took pics, took out the old matt and brought in a new one.. how lazy can you get .. thats a crappy house keeper to do that. not even report it just lay towels dwn. hhead house keeper said she was sorry... it took 30 minits for them to compleat the task.. i love the IP, but the house keeping needs to have a meeting. theres no reson for that. and thats all that they could say was sorry. REALLY... IM GIVING THREE STARS ON THIS STAY. P.S.. all rms should have a microwave and refiderater, and the coffee pot is barbi size, i had to bring my own coffee pot, and i bring my own coffee , your coffee is stale..

Great staff and food prices . I ve been back, I tried Bayveiw cafe . Was very good food . Was back on 6-24-19 at bayview cafe & bar . Server Rebecca was great, friendly, polite and helpful. I had a beef brisket sandwich with cheese ,peppers ,mushrooms and onions with a salad and fries. The meal was delicious, very good. I loved it !! Prices were not to high .

Normally I enjoy the I. P. Casino, but today I was not informed of there free play not working when I arrived there. I waited for 3 hours to get my free play, and ended up leaving without the system being fixed. I would have never even played my money had I know that I could not play my free play.

The central computer for the slot machine I was playing crashed. No one could remove money (tickets) from the machine. The IP personnel were unprepared for the situation. One person wrote up tickets, another would bring money. Everything was done individually and slowly!! I had a plane to catch. I left the IP with my receipt but no money!! I will NOT return
