We booked this hotel based on pool/hot tub being open until 9pm. It closed at 7. My veteran didn't even get to use it for his therapy which was the sole reason we booked here. Thankfully the buffet was free for first time guests since the food was mediocre at best and normally costs $21 per person! Atleast the room was nice.

This was a Family getaway. I thought it would be Family friendly, more things to do. The Pool was not large enough for the amount of guest. It was FULL of children, so much so, it was an accident and the pool had to close for awhile. Which, really concerned me that it opened back up before 24 hours they said it would have taken to Sanitize it. So let's say, the pool was OUT for us. We were in non smoking rooms, but I swear someone was smoking in our room and we don't smoke. The reviews were true, the entire environment is smokey, so beware. The rooms are descent, but SMALL and bathroom, SMALL. We had two queens but it's not meant for 4 people. The buffet was good, but expensive. I guess, you in a Casino. Overall, if you don't gamble and you come with family it may not be the place. Oh I forgot, you have two elevators to deal with, and just to much Traffic within the hotel. Nice, but not for us again.
Excellent... Staff rooms food casino floor was all great. It was my first time there I had a good trip and enjoyed every minute of it! Will definitely go back again
We just went to the club section for the night for drinks and dancing. The live band there was pretty good and the bartenders/security guards were friendly and helpful. Smoking is allowed in this club, which I don't enjoy being around, so that's why I gave it 4 stars.
We go to relax, just to get away for a few day,the pool is amazing, god child loves the game room when it dont take his money and can't play a few game
The service was atrocious! In almost every facet of the game. It took us two hours and three waits in line to get the rooms we desired and couldn't find adjoining rooms still on a Monday in a hotel with almost 1100 rooms, the Bayview Cafe gave us the crappiest service I have ever encountered in a restaurant, after I spoke up three times including to the food and beverage manager for the hotel, only offered us two free desserts on a $75 bill. I wouldve told them I am not paying a penny for this kind of aggravation but my mother chose to then foot the bill. However he rooms are nice and the food was definitely good.
The rooms are wonderful and comfortable. The restaurants are all enticing, have delicious food, and can accommodate to most every taste. The only thing I'm not fond of is the casino floor layout. Usually you'll find different credit amount areas but here it is all thrown together. But all around, a very wonderful place to stay at but I'll be gambling somewhere else.
I frequently come to Biloxi and have always enjoyed my stay at the IP until this time. The food choices for room services were very limited, and the prices were ridiculous. The air condition would never cool my room off enough for me to rest comfortably. I stayed a total of 6 nights in 2 different rooms, and had the exact same problem with the air condition.
Not a bad place, they need to open for tables, you will spend a fortune on good food if you eat here. The worst part was the Valet I waited 36 minutes to get my car.... even the busiest casinos in Vegas are faster....
I really liked my stay at the IP hotel. Although there were many other customers, they served us very quickly and met every need. I will stay here again absolutely.
I have become a fan of the Boyd Gaming properties. Good food venues and the gaming is at my speed I. E. not pushy. Also there is free parking and the resort fees are lower than the competition.
We only went for the breakfast and it was alright. As good as a buffet breakfast can be expected to be. Having oatmeal that's been sitting for hours isn't going to be great and the breakfast burrito was very blessed bland. The orange juice was amazing though
The staff here is great. Rooms are clean. Restaurants are reasonably priced. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage until the room was ready.
Went to see Jeff Foxworthy. Was a huge crowd but concert hall was nice and clean. Seats are roomy, I'm a big guy and usually cramped but these were just fine. Can't wait till the next concert.
We spent very little time in the casino & none in the hotel. We were only there for a Styx concert in Studio A. Not at all impressed with this property, at least what we saw of it. The casino is old, dark & smelly. Although we LOVE Styx, this concert left a lot to be desired solely because of the sound quality. Since we've seen Styx numerous times & this is the first time the sound was bad, must assume it's the venue, NOT the band. Regardless, we decided afterwards we would NOT go to another concert at IP, even if it is Styx.
The pool is very good, overall service is very good. Room was fine, but remote wasn't working too well. Elevators are a little slow, and parking deck is a little tight on the lower floors. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much
Exceptional hotel/casino. Rooms are nice and have an awesome view, though sometimes it depends on which direction the room is facing. Had a room with a view facing out towards the bay. They offer free rooms and food based on how much you gamble, so you may not hit the jackpot, but they still give plenty prizes such a through raffles and drawing. The staff is friendly, security is always on watch and they constantly have different events and awesome performers. Food in the casino/restaurants/bars varies from buffet and baked goods to fine dining and finger foods. All delicious and reasonably priced and you can even use points you acquire for food purchases. There is plenty to do in and around the hotel for families, couples and even a solitary visit. Would highly recommend and continue to go. Just visited during their 12 Days of Winning for their Christmas event and had a wonderful time.
Not a good value for the $$. The casino slots are not loose, I should have checked reviews first before I lost my$$. The room stunk like sweat, but it was clean, so go figure. 32nd floor steakhouse was nice and had decent food.
I played slots and the casino was very clean. I had a problem with a machine and hit the service button and within a minute someone was there to help me. Great experience.
The only thing about IP now is the food. They need to be a Smoke-Free place like some of the other casinos. The people would not stop going there because it became a smoke free place, they would adjust and keep playing.
On yesterday I was in the casino around 2p.m. until 6 I misplaced my phone check around to see if anyone turned it in is there anyway if someone finds it to please email me
Ate at the buffet. Used to be able to get crab legs on the buffet now they charge you a separate charge for 1 or 2 pounds and you can't take the crab legs with you if you don't finish them. Dont agree with that at all. Will go elsewhere to eat from now on.
