Lousy customer service. Sending debt collection without any form of warning. Obviously a company hiding under paragraphs in relation to mailing by mail. Neither got any evidence that actual debt collection notice was sent out.

You will need to give good debt collection companies good feedback, it can feel especially bitter when their collection fees are as high as their Intrum. But I'm happy with how they follow up those who owe money. They are flexible on installment plans and send reminders via SMS.
In my experience, there will not be a lot of additional fees in arrears either, as long as you stay in touch and inform you if you are unable to pay a month.
First positive experience I've had with a collection agency.

Extremely junk company, would recommend anyone who has trouble complaining to the consumer council. Sends mail and receipts after they expire. They give it zero warning before it is dispatched. Highly recommend and stay away from all companies that associate with lowell! Simply a nasty return model with bad routines that will go to their profits.

Just paid a debt collection claim, without remembering any hospital visit, and without the date of the hospital visit or department. Late claims are allegedly due to technical challenges. Mora rate and strong warnings, like I was a criminal! If this is really a company used by hospitals I will never go on any research again! Illness and age mean that one is not able to react quickly nor remember everything. So many older people forget something from time to time ... A phone call with a friendly reminder is enough for most people! The last thing one needs as the elderly or the sick is threats.

Encourage enrollment during the waiting period, logging in to the website where you are required username you have never received or registered ...? Where to find this? After a long waiting time on the phone, one is greeted by an elderly elderly lady who is unhelpful and had no good solutions to come by. You try to explain your case clearly where a mistake has obviously been made, but is simply neglected and rejected. The only information left behind after a 9-minute conversation was that the invoice would cost you if you didn't pay continuously. Hope I never get anything to do with you again.

Contacted customer service to arrange an old case. Very sorry that I did, they are rude, condescending and super arrogant. It's like talking to a wall. If it is thank goodness in writing, then at least there is evidence that I have tried to get a good conclusion on the matter. Hope the new debt collection law forces them to act less cynical, strange that it is possible to operate like this. Really shocked !!!!!!

A little helpful customer service! Companies like this one would not have gotten bad raitings if customer service was actually helpful! But it's actually 1 out of 5 stars here, so take the hint!

I wrote an email to the adress that appears on the bill. The email returned to me due to unknown adress.... So i had to pay.

Poor customer service. Asked to pay the last invoice and when paid it goes up to a maximum of one week then a new invoice pops up even though I previously asked to pay all that was left.

Never experienced makan to poor customer service. Called in a case where I had been double invoiced. Met a rude, condescending and arrogant customer service representative who interrupted me every time I spoke. When I further explained that the numbers as a customer service representative do not state votes, I was told to be happy that I have such a favorable subscription as it is a better subscription than most people have. What others pay for their subscription is completely irrelevant to me, I will only relate to my subscription and have no plans to pay double. I am also told to keep quiet and pay, even though it is quite obviously double invoiced. Is himself a trained economist and works with debt collection cases, and here it is quite clear that a mistake has been made. You have an unusually long way to go when it comes to customer service and professional expertise. I take the matter further and hope I never have to have anything to do with you.

I will receive a debit warning even though I have paid within the deadline. After calling and explaining the case, they asked me to send the case number and documents that confirmed that I actually paid.

A few days later, I get another debt collection notification and it was during the processing time where I decided to pay the call so I did not get any other consequences for it. The next day I receive an email that the case has been processed and completed. I sent email at least 3 times and received the same answer. They concluded a case that was initially addressed. But no, they just took the money without taking responsibility for the matter. Lousy service for handling things. Too bad they are on the phone through annoying customers because someone does not work to do their job properly !!
