My dealership has been using Automanager and Webmanager for almost 6 years and we have been very happy with it. The support staff is excellent and very responsive to our needs and know what they are doing so I don't waste my time when calling! The price is extreemly competitive as we shopped over 20 different company's before making our purchase. We started with less than 20 cars and now have over 110 and 2 lots and the system does everything we need and a lot more. I strongly recomend the product! It was a great investment for my business and worth every penny.

Just like everyone else that had a bad experience. The speed wasn t sufficient even after they logged into our system and tested our own internet and assured us we would be just fine. We gave them the money to get set up. The speed was inefficient out the gate as well as Bill misleading us about how the users work. We cancelled IMMEDIATELY, NEVER got to use the software and they refuse to refund the thousands that was spent with them. Most unethical Business I ve ever dealt with! I don t know how they re in business!

This software is not user friendly. It is a very difficult software to navigate through. If you an ordinary guy like me, you may be better served to stay away from it.

You will never get tech help right away. You have to leave a number for them to call you back. Sometimes that can take a long time.

I purchased this software as an upgrade for my dealership from Frazier, but there is no even a close comparison between the two. Fraser is way much better software. if your dealership is just a small independent dealership, I suggest you try Frazier first. Otherwise, when the tech people get back to you they are usually very helpful

My sales rep, Bill Tizabi, has been great at keeping me up to date on the constant changes. His suggestions have helped our business stay in the forefront of the new technologies as they come out. At Bill s suggestion, we switched from our old web host to WebManager and have been astounded at the results. When Bill calls, I want to listen to what he has to offer. It always works!

Many thanks to this great system for our dealership! Getting setup was so much simpler than I imagined thanks to the great service specialist who was so knowledgeable and patient. Then, as we trained our team to use the various modules, it became clear that we were living in the dark ages before but now have a super smart dealer management system that will unburden our team. The customer service is laughable at best. They never take a straight call for technical support. You always get an automated message saying they will call you back when they have time. When you do get through to someone they are rude, dismissive and lack a sense of urgency about the issue you are experiencing, (while we lose sales because the product is unreliable). They "schedule" call backs that they do not keep. I have never encountered a company that has such arrogance incorporated into their business practices.

We have been working with Automanager since the beginning of June and I love it! We are mobile and flexible with Mac and PC users because of the hosting capabilities. I have been able to quote a deal by using my iphone while out to dinner. The support has been fantastic as well. We use the DMS and website and text to pay with ProPay. All around great system for a small dealership!

We signed up with them 6 years ago, made the RIGHT CHOICE. They have good functionality, they will customize their software for you if you need / ask for it. Good luck having another DMS provider do that for you HAH! Most of the team has been there for years (I've talked to PC and Mike for as long as I can remember). Great customer service, easy to get ahold of and if you need hand holding (like it seems some of these reviewers did need :) they will do it just need to ask em). Software updates pretty regularly and I have yet to find anything we need they dont provide.

I have AM for years and I had some differences with one employee, and I was frustated, but the owner got involve on the situation, took care of the issue and solve it on a very profesional way. Now i can tell you as a business owner someone on in our company can make a mistake but if the owners of managers got involve in the right way like AM did, there is a happy ending. Today I feel very happy and glad that I have AM as my main software adminitrator and I will be a happy customer for many years to come, thanks so much and keep the good work.

On July 5th I purchased the DeskManager product as...

On July 5th I purchased the DeskManager product as well as the Webmanager product. It did not take long for me to determine this was not the product for us. After several calls with tech support and then my CPA, we determined it just would not work for us. They will tell you I missed several "scheduled" calls yet my call records show otherwise. And they were frustrating calls as well as we were told things such as "oh just write a check from your bank account...yes it will go negative but that's ok". In addition their partner for electronic titles does not support our state. I contacted them 21 days later to inform them I would like a refund. We paid 6 months of service in advance per their terms instead of paying up front for software then quarterly or whatever it was. Their website shows a mission statement that is completely different from the response I received. They are not refunding me a penny because they are saying All Sales Are Final.

Their mission statement claims "We believe 'The Customer is Always Right,' and we aim to satisfy the needs and demands of each and every client." They are nothing but pure dishonest businessmen. It is impossible for me to believe that there are still businesses out there that will not do the right thing.

Now I'm out $1500. They didn't create new software for me. They didn't create a website specifically for me. Everything was pre-built. They never did add the state forms as Bill the sales guy said they would either.

Oh yeah and they've since given my name and number to at least two different credit card companies for card processing. Don't recall being asked if that was ok to do.

So stay away. I have owned a software development company in the past. No way would I ever keep a clients money if they weren't happy. Nor would I say things to a client like they've said to me.

its a shame i used auto manager previously on microsoft computer works ok with out using there NOT GOOD tech support, a(quick to hang up tech service ) now i start a new company start using auto manager with MAC APPLE computer not compatible even there tech support admitting of the problem i decide to suspend my service after a 4 weeks of trail and $1500 i was told NO REFUND
HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE SERVE YOU DON"T PROVIDE SHAME ON AUTO MANAGER

I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT ON BBB plate form as well

Just like other reviews, we were billed for services 6 months in advance that we cancelled 1 month in but they won't refund the money even though we aren't using it at all. We were put on the cloud and the speed was slower than our previous version. Constantly having to chase Bill even during the sales process, this should have been a warning. Lesson learned here. Would not recommend using a company that bills for services they aren't providing.

Great suite of dealer software - for desking deals, inventory management, uploading inventory to other sites, and for posting to Craigslist. Our dealership especially loves the upgraded Craigslist posting tool. We can now effortlessly post our vehicles to Craigslist.

I have been using Deskmanager for probably 15 year...

I have been using Deskmanager for probably 15 years and added Webmanaer a few years later. We are very pleased with the software and the smooth integration with Webmanager and from Webmanager to the many other sites that we advertise with. The support staff is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I would not have stayed with a Company this long if the product was not top notch and the service exceptional.

Their product is spectacular.... integrates so man...

Their product is spectacular.... integrates so many great features without redundancy of entry. Saves me lots of time and money.... that is not even the best part (although we can't recommend the product highly enough) , the best part is their technical support!!!! This team (and we have talked to several - we are very high maintenance people) has bent over backwards, gone way out of their way, and spent hours and hours working on problems they sometimes had nothing to do with!!!! They have called third parties for us, customized some things just for our lot, and have always been beyond pleasant. This is so unlike any other technical support - the rest of the country should model themselves after the AutoManager/DeskManager/WebManager team!!!!!

Great value, great features, great people, great s...

Great value, great features, great people, great support. I highly recommend considering AutoManager as a dealer DMS/Web solution. The level of support is 2nd to none and the value is definitely there. I've spent way more money on way worse software, but these folks are pros. There's a guy on the technical support team whose name is literally "PC." And believe me, he knows PCs. Pleasure to work with this company.
