Never experienced makan to poor customer service. Called in a case where I had been double invoiced. Met a rude, condescending and arrogant customer service representative who interrupted me every time I spoke. When I further explained that the numbers as a customer service representative do not state votes, I was told to be happy that I have such a favorable subscription as it is a better subscription than most people have. What others pay for their subscription is completely irrelevant to me, I will only relate to my subscription and have no plans to pay double. I am also told to keep quiet and pay, even though it is quite obviously double invoiced. Is himself a trained economist and works with debt collection cases, and here it is quite clear that a mistake has been made. You have an unusually long way to go when it comes to customer service and professional expertise. I take the matter further and hope I never have to have anything to do with you.
