This place is honestly the worst in the business. Such an unorganized group of individuals. I purchased a vehicle from there almost two years ago with obnoxious interest rates which I did not really have much of a choice to do due to the fact that I did not have credit at the time. Which I thought was great so I decided to refer a friend and in light of this I was told I would get an 100$ check which I did not receive until I called 200 times (no lie) and finally put my foot down. Sadly on Christmas night in 2015 my car was totaled. I was not in it fortunately but the pay off process took forever because they were so unorganized in their building. The front desk lady was rude and miserable and I worked closely with a man named Eric to resolve this who would laugh at me on the phone and be sarcastic and simply did not care. Once I finally got an answer 3 months later I was told I no longer have a warranty refund because of some nonsense they made up. Karma is real and this place is simply terrible to do business with! By the way the only reason they got a star was because I couldn't post this without putting one!
