I had my Highlander in about a month ago for a problem with my tires. Steve Keahon was my service rep, he was professional and was truly interested in my problem and finding a resolution. Steve went out of his way to contact various parties and in the end was able to rectify the problem. It is because of Steve that I will continue to bring my car to Interstate for service.
