The rooms are great. Lots of places around to do anything. Uber is the best and easiest way to get around.

Excellent hotel, just in the center of Downtown miami, great views to the bay area and close to Bayside mall, AAA. Food is great in both restaurant and the convention area is small but with good service. Rooms are the intercontinental standard. Concierge service is always helpful for last minute tickets and restaurant reservations

I love this place, very secured, great gym, yoga, and pool. Bar area is fun with drunk people. Customer Services is #1, especially David & Rafael, both are very cool people at the reception. They might be top managment in our next trip here if they continue to stay at this line of works.

Stayed here for two nights after coming from a royal Caribbean cruise. This hotel is fab. Great location with regards to views and marina. Because we were not familiar with the location we booked the Toro Toro restaurant within the hotel which turned out to be very expensive along with the buffet breakfast the next morning. I would advise to walk around and get familiar with the surroundings before eating I this hotel. The room was fab extremely big in size and the view that we had of the city was great. All in all a good hotel. Just and fyi we were charged 15 dollars a day for wfi and printing services which was extra that we did not about or our travel agent did not advise us off.

A hotel worth mentioning just because of its location. The pool is very good and the breakfast very complete. To emphasize the sympathy of the waiters at breakfast.

The room is bigger and more comfortable than usual.

After a long line to check-in (only 2 ppl working the desk), a stressful check-in process, I finally got up to the room which was clean and roomy. Usual wear and rear which I notified the manager about. For the whole check-in scene, I was presented with a free coffee voucher from Starbucks.

All-in-all, the big gripe I have is that this particular Intercontinental has all sorts of crazy charges. Breakfast - gotta pay. Use the gym/pool/tech room - all for $15. Yeah, $15 is nothing, but I didn't even use any of those facilities! No parking lot that is not valet. EXPENSIVE metered parking across the street.

Stay at one of the boutique hotels. Just as much luxe, more bang for the buck.

Hotel is great, we just came on an unfortunate weekend where a cross fit event was being held at the park next door. Loud speakers didn't stop till 11PM and started up at 8AM. Very annoying.

Service was amazing, room was great & bathroom felt like being in a spa.

Absolutely fantastic location wonderful comfortable lobby with restaurants, bars and plenty of ambiance. The rooms were large with incredible views of the Port of Miami and Govonors Cut. The hotel is adjacent to Bayfront Park which offers a lot of great views of Biscayne Bay.

Staff was more than accommodating and anticipated everything I'd need. Spotless and well appointed decor and furniture was present throughout. The Spa was beautiful and the staff were meticulous in making it an unforgettable experience. It was a great location and easy to navigate throughout the facility . We had lunch by the pool and the food was fresh and prepared promptly and with every attention to detail.

The service was terrible. The waiter disappeared for long periods of time.

Excellent service. Every one of Staffs are friendly; the front door, front desk, room service. Room is clean. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Nice view.
Very nice restaurants with lively music in the hotel. Modern decor. Conference rooms were nice and clean. Fitness is big enough (but a little hard to get to as it is sort of hidden at the end of hallway behind the spa.) Pool is not big but ok.

Torotoro excellent bar and exquisite food. Personal attention by the chef.

I really like this hotel. The beds and bed linens are amazing. The rooms are clean and fresh. And the staff is friendly and courteous and really make the stay enjoyable.

The hotel is nicely situated with restaurants all around spectacular views of the inland waterway and nightlife all within walking distance. And not to forget the Toro Toro right inside the hotel. We had a wonderful meal and service there. The Intercontinental Miami will be my go to sleep spot in Miami.

Magnificent! Very happy with every aspect of my stay. The best part of my stay was my massage!!! I have had massages on vacations cruise ship and my Home Town. Jacquelin was by far the best!!! I would fly to Miami and stay here just to get a massage from Jacquelin!!!! Well done.

Spectacular hotel in downtown Miami, skyscraper overlooking the bay. Five star service. Very close to the downtown. Good restaurant service and drinks for the lively nightlife.

Great hotel located downtown. Everything is within walking distance i.e. Bayside Park and Marketplace where there are great vendors, places to grab a bite to eat, rollerskating was a plus! The hotel itself is beautiful. Decorated festively for the holidays, good staff and customer service. Pet friendly hotel. Has a restaurants Ole and Toro Toro where the food, drinks and music are Awesome! I have a view of the city on the 27th floor, which is also the floor for IHG Rewards Members.

Superb staff who are very friendly and helpful. A huge and beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Views from the suites and executive lounge are spectacular. Executive lounge offers free soft and alcoholic drinks and a wide variety of food for free (provided this is included in your room rate). Car hire is available on site and taxis are abundant outside. Many shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. The cruise terminals are a very short taxi ride away.

The coldest hotel in the world !!!!!
They have the air conditioning at such a temperature that makes it impossible to walk through reception and breakfast without a good jacket.
In the rooms, even if you disconnect the air completely, it still comes out through another different opening.
Breakfast well for what they usually put in the US.
The best, the amplitude, the pool and the situation of the hotel.

Ihg miami is the best hotel in florida the staff and managers are the best they make guest feel comfortable and happy and welcome

Granted I did not stay at this hotel, but it's right next to the park where or event was. We just used it for the Starbucks. Hotel staff was very nice though. If I want a resident in the area I would definitely look into staying here.

I had an excellent experience in and out of the Hotel. I highly recommend to everyone. Mr. Mario, Bell man help me with the transportation and different places to visit. I participated on the Miami Half Marathon 2017 and it was a good experience.

The service here was really great, the rooms have a nice view, and the hotel is really close to the Port.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Very lively - a bit noisy at the bar - but who cares !

Clean, the staff is amazing, and provides easy access to the financial district, downtown, fashion district, and more. I love staying here when in Miami.

Spacious rooms, the workers are friendly.
Good breakfast buffet and good gym with cardiology machines such as ribbons, ellipticals, bikes.
Bench press, Smith machine, dumbbells up to 40kg (80Lb), rubbers, pull-up bar, pulleys etc ...

The staff at the InterContinental Miami were excellent!

The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. Our bathroom had a separate tub and shower which the kids enjoyed. The highlight of the hotel are the immedities that are included - sauna, steam room, relaxation room, etc. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed at given its value. It also is close to Bayside market and other entertainment venues. I'll be giving other intercontinental hotels a look after staying at this miami hotel.
