Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean rooms and courteous staff!

Great hotel. Enjoyed a comfortable stay. Great view. Comfortable room.

This place does not tell you that parking is extra. Very hard to find a parking spot and finally we just used the valet parking. We were supposed to get a text to know what our number was and who to text when we wanted our car. Never got a text and had to call the main office several times. Finally, got a text around midnight and we had an early morning. We were honestly worried for awhile cause they couldn't find our car!

Stayed for one night at the intercontinental at the end of my honeymoon.

My phone, with honeymoon pictures on it, was water damaged due to a fault in the room. Hotel refuses to take responsibility for this.

When talking to the Loss Prevention Director he even said that the compensation cost for the phone didn't really matter to them because it is an insignificant amount for them yet they still won't provide any compensation.

Very nice hotel, in the heart of downtown Miami. There are a couple of restaurants inside, a Starbucks and a mail store.

Great staff and service. Stayed for three days and wish I could have stayed longer. Pool with a bar, nice blend of sun/shade and right on the bay. Walking distance to Bayside and other downtown restaurants... although you will definitely want to call ahead and make sure there aren't any big conventions or festivals in the area. It's very close to the American Airlines Arena, so very convenient if you're in town for a Heat game.

The hotel is great with very nice room. Bad parking and internet are paid

Great except, ice cream store closed early and there was often loud noises in hall. The Bellmen and the Cab getter is the best ever.

Awesome hotel. Clean and very well kept. Staff was very helpful and professional. Buffet was very very good. Close to the cruise ship piers and adjacent park. Many eateries, we did the Hard Rock Cafe about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, always clean. Large rooms and beautiful views.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Christmas Party, it was an amazing night. Service, food delicious and live band entertainment was awesome.

This hotel sure gives off WOW factor, and that is the only reason the review achieves so many stars. Aside from the Lobby and all its grandeur there is so much this hotel could do so much better. And for the cost that is ridiculous.
Cons:
Beware the small print- want space in the mini bar to chill your drink- well be prepared to pay for whatever you remove. Even if you put it back your room is charged as soon as the item is moved. Incidentals are hard to avoid- really really hard.
The beds are so hard it hurts to sleep on them. Physically hurts.
Every Friday night there is a salsa party- sounds like fun except that even though my room was on the 28th floor and I might as well have been on the pool deck with as loud as it was- the sound proof windows are a lie.
No fridge unless you want to pay an extra $35 a day
No microwave
No continental breakfast, and room service is really really pricey
All the furniture in the hotel room is old and almost broken down. Looks good until you try to use it.
Valet Parking is pretty much a must- be ready to tack on an extra $45 a day to your room rate
Pros:
The bathroom is large and the water is hot
The conference rooms are nice and there are many of them
Location is pretty good- walking distance to the metro, and places to eat.

Stayed here pre-cruise for one night. The room overlooking the bay was great. The staff is exceptional. It's reasonable able priced as well and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic location, hotel and staff let down by freezing cold lobby and vents/aircon in the rooms that do not blow hot or even warm air. Even though put on max setting. Got a chest cold due to the coldness of the room and was offered a second room which again only blew cold air. A shame as the room itself and view was lovely. Getting a cold when in Miami and its 34-36 degrees outside is just not right.

The rooms and staff were very clean. I did have one issue where the house keeping lady walked in without knocking. Very embarrassing.

I guess I have to say this again. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I lost some items. The head of security. Elio Severa. He called me and said he would get back to me and let me know what he found. It s been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from him. I even called the other day. Left a message for him. And he still never called me back. Who does that? Does this hotel not hire professional people? Does this hotel not care about their clients? Does this hotel not realize that companies are losing money every day. And this hotel needs to do everything in their power to keep clients. To get new clients. To get repeat clients. I promise you this. I will never step foot in that hotel every again. Anyone that ask my opinion about that hotel. I will say. Stay away. The motel 6 is a better place than this hotel. I always stay there when I go to Miami. But never again. You couldn t pay me to stay at that hotel. What a disgrace to the hotel industry this place is. I will never recommend this hotel ever in my again.

A good place to share with family. I recommend it!! VERY good and relaxing.
