Very trendy and nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Covid testing at most beach locations but restaurants n shops are open.

The staff is very friendly and willing to solve any problem. The facilities are unbeatable and the cleanliness impeccable. With a very good complement of amenties.

What a beautiful building, one of (if not "The") most interesting building in miami. Made of all italian marble, wonderful. Visited on a famous people and places tour. I will return to this breath taking hotel for a longer visit soon.

The location was gorgeous. Staff very friendly and professional. There's a good amount of traffic around the hotel due to construction and not enough public parking.. $40 a night for overnight valet

I stayed here for 2 nights. Best service. They even sent a complementary bottle of brut champagne to the room. The room was beautiful and it overlooked the port of Miami and city scape. They have a Starbucks, a great restaurant and other shops. The poolside grill has the best wings and wraps. The servers are extremely nice. Not to mention that it's outside 5 stories up looking over the city. 10 minute walk from the stadium and 5 minute drive from ocean drive and beach. I don't know what else to say. Oh, the front desk clerk checked up on me the second morning. I've never experienced that and I'm a platinum status IHG member. I'd stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Amazing!! The staff is genuinely superb and the food at Toro Toro and Cafe Ole are both so yum, for both dinner and breakfast!

This is one of the nicest and classiest hotels we have ever stayed in throughout the United States so far. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an upscale experience in Miami!

Great Hotel! Total comfort and sophistication. The rooms and bathroom are large and the view of the bay is breathtaking.
The service is very good and has a lot of convenience for being close to various sights and restaurants.

Just being outside of the InterContinental building is nice. You have a view of the bay, the lit up bridge from a distance, and the sea wall walk way is somewhat romantic. If you time it right, you can observe the loading of the majestic SeaFair luxury vessel

I loved it! We had so much fun. It is having a lot of stuff to do by walking distance.The room was spacious, beds confortable, bathroom spacious. Of course the view of our room was amazing day and night. The pool is warm the only thing that the sun goes away around noon and can get really windy.

Beautiful rooms, amenities and views in a great location. And the staff is particularly friendly and helpful.

Great decor at lobby. Well connected to metro mover free service. Amazing location right next to waters. Next to Bayfront park which is great place to spend time looking at nature. Had a nice relaxing time there.

Very nice, it was our company's Christmas party. More organized valet parking.

Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are designed nicely. Issues: pool is too small to make space for a very subpar resturant and there is no hot tub.

Fancy looking restaurant presenting bad food that led to upset stomach, diarrhea and vomiting. Valet managed to scratch the rental car and was laughing while giving the keys as I did not realise what was going on as I was leaving in a hurry spending the night in the washroom with no sleep. Was called by the manager and offered a discount for a future stay however, I live in Canada that is a total useless gesture. Such a shame for Intercontinental.

I came here after Ultra Music Festival for drinks and I didn't stay in the hotel but I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Miami.

It's a beautiful place that has beautiful views of the ships coming in on one side and city views over looking a park and boardwalk on the other sides. I love the convenience of the place. I have been here twice. I come a day prior to cruising and just hang out with friends.

Great hotel, just get there early before 4pm, people are nice, restaurants are good, parking is difficult, it's 40 bucks overnight eveynight in the parking garage, I parked at metered parking which was right in front of main entrance.
Pool is good and gym is nice. Really good view on 4th of july.

One of the best experiences I have had in a downtown miami hotel. Service was extremely good and the location of the hotel itself is unmatchable. Greta views from most of the suits and it's in the heart of biscayne. Beautiful decoration with an upscale that does not disappointed In any way.

El Toro Restaurant, presents a delicious buffet, everything is exquisite and during the week the price is very good. It is very well located so the tour after lunch is worth it.

This is a very nice hotel with a very spacious room with everything you can ask for in a hotel room, wonderful service, kind people, I'll go back there again. warmly recommended

Great hotel and super convenient if you are cruising out of the Port of Miami. Parts of the hotel are showing some signs of age but overall a great place to stay and great service. The $25 resort fee seems steep for what you get and apparently must be a recent increase since the hotel guide in the room still says it is $15. It's a little odd that they don't have ice machines on every floor. No shuttle to the Port but Uber was cheap and easy to get.

Lobby looks top notch. Very flashy. Great food in the restaurant. The views on the upper floors look good. Clubs and restaurants close. Comfortable rooms.

The hotel itself seems like it might be nice, but Toro Toro is certainly overrated and ridiculously expensive for an inferior experience.

Great views and location! Starbucks on site was grear for a quick breakfast! Friendly approachable staff. Only thing..sheets little crisper /less soft than other 3 hotels stayed at on trip.

5 look with 1 quality. I was impressed by the look but the services provided were scarce. Customer service flew out the door upon arrival with the staff not being fully knowledgeable about the events of the weekend during Memorial Day weekend. I wish I would have been offered a change of sheets during my stay. After our second night I was stopped at the elevator with guests to be told they would not be allowed up. Unless they registered. I was embarrassed by the mistreatment. If I pay hundreds of dollars for my stay, it should be with out blemish. Please do better.

Very friendly service and a clean environment, the only issue would be the elevator speeds, other than that it's a great place to stay at.
