Based on this situation, I realized that this bank...

Based on this situation, I realized that this bank often violates human rights and I can seriously say that they have complete discrimination against people who do not correspond to the social status of countries or simply they do not allow people to move in the right direction and always create a barrier to business ...
I wanted to cooperate with them, but they refused me everything from opening a legal account and simultaneously opening a physical account.
ING Bank as a business partner I do not recommend!

Was on hold for 40 mins trying to make an appointment to come into the branch and open an account. When someone answered and asked how he could help I began to speak and he immediately hung up on me!!!! Absolutely disgusting!
Now I have an account with KBC who were much more helpful.

A new low in customer service... The person at the...

A new low in customer service... The person at the "welcome" desk acted more like a bouncer - rude, impolite and absolutely not helpful at all - unwilling to even hand over a standard empty template document. Hope ING management does an audit - or even better a personal incognito visit -to experience first hand the level of customer service offered.Or better said - not offered at all. I assume this is miles away from their vision and aspiration. To be avoided if you can!

Account opening impossible on the site, passage in...

Account opening impossible on the site, passage in 3 agencies, 1 month of waiting to obtain a card, 10 days for the card reader and impossibility of linking this account to itsme. Multiple calls to the helpdesk. And the pompom ... the online complaint form does not work. Grotesque. I just closed my account which has never been used with the feeling of having been used as a ping-pong ball. Absolutely ineffective IT and customer service.

Awful service.

Awful service.
We had an appointment, to discuss confidential and personal matters, but ended up having to discuss everything in the lobby, in front of everyone. Also, they did not have any solution, could not help at all.
I do not recommend this bank at all.

I opened up my checking account here and was treated very well. Joeri Luyks, the Account Manager that helped me was very professional, attentive and quick to solve any issues. Would definitely recommend.

An ING bank is located on the ground floor of this beautiful building. I came to visit here when I was looking for an affordable mortgage loan. The handling was smooth thanks to high-performance IT systems. However, I did not respond to their proposal because it was one of the most expensive on the market.

Made an apointment, showed up in time. Only after ...

Made an apointment, showed up in time. Only after ten minutes a person started tlaking through a intercom to me. telling me my apointment was canceled. And told me the cancelation email was probably in my spam (which it wasnt!) and no apology whatsoever.
The clerk continued asking what my apointment was for, which is just wierd. I make an apointment because I like a bit of privacy. Not to be talking through an intercome with 6 other people waiting for service....

I was only offered a new apointment 2 days later which didnt help me as i am about to leave on a holiday and was looking forward to get some things sorted out before. ING didnt give me peace of mind.

All in all , very rude and just canceling an apointment without a message nor apology. What is this?

im leaving this bank. and i dont recommend it.

Worst customer service ever! And this is supposed to be their HQ...
The employees use the current pandemic as a pretext to be lazy and avoid working! It is shameful, this close to the EU quarter with clients that are busy and cannot waste "years" to get a 5-minute problem solved by a clerk.
Avoid as much as possible!

Terrible customer service: the staff finds every possible way to avoid working and makes any simple step complicated to increase artificially working hours. Go to Beobank nearby that has much better customer service.

Today I tried to call Ing office, tried 4 offices that are normally open. Roosdaal, Ninove, Grimbergen and now head office in Brussels, nowhere did I get an employee on the line, everywhere for minutes of music but nowhere employee to speak to, incomprehensible! What happens and at Ing?

I strongly advise against this agency, I live outside of Brussels, I never use the services of the bank because I use netbanking, following an emergency I check that the agency is open via their site, I warn my job that I would be late to be able to go to the bank, when I got there I was told that it is closed, no schedule is posted, I was told to come back, when there were two employees behind their desk, so if I understand correctly I pay monthly window without having to do your services and when once a year I need 2 minutes of your time you don't even look at me and even tell me like a machine a simple "1:30 p.m." you are a shame. Mocavero.

It took me exactly 1 month and 2 weeks to finally close my account !!!
Finally !! I am so happy to be done with this bank! Never again in my life will I do business with this bank! Loooooooin of my sight!
I really spare you all the hardships they put me through for over a month ...
Between the impossibility of having an appointment, the walks of service in service, the eternal wait for them to send you a debit card, + additional fees because they are incompetent who take forever to pay the different hiccups as quickly as possible. Breeeef!
Really flee there, being at ING is adding futile problems to your lives.

The Bank clerk at the front desk refused to attend...

The Bank clerk at the front desk refused to attend to my request to cash a checkbook today. I was asked to go to another branch because ' he was alone' . Preference was given to other clients on the queue behind me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
Once again this confirms the terrible customer service at ING. What shall a client do in this case? Continue to be humiliated?

Incomprehensible bank, pay for cash withdrawal in other bank, outrageous !!!
Department Record credits even worse, bad service, high interest, not recommended for loan. No understanding, .... do things that are not possible, do not talk to customers, threaten immediately. Both departments are not recommended!

Hmmm, I am still looking for 1 good point to be able to say about ING.
But can continue to search. By contrast the negatives !! Am self-employed with a business account, and therefore I pay more than a private individual. If you then understand that there is a nice sum of money every year on the ING account, where they already take a lot of interest, let alone that they then charge interest. Then you have to pay a lot more because you get money from another wall in another bank. They do not help you. Getting an investment credit or cash credit is also too much, due to a bankruptcy, yes. But they are happy to receive your money. For everything they have an explanation, of course in their favor. This year already around 400 euros to pay for a use of an account. Were bills not free?!?! In short: you receive your money with open arms, charge high costs, but you help too much.
Their happy new year was on 1/1/2019 a cost deduction on my account of 168 euros.
So we are transferring 2019 to another bank this year, where you effectively pay NOTHING for the use of a bank card and account. Bad luck for ING. Will my annual turnover be deposited with another bank.
