A new low in customer service... The person at the...
A new low in customer service... The person at the "welcome" desk acted more like a bouncer - rude, impolite and absolutely not helpful at all - unwilling to even hand over a standard empty template document. Hope ING management does an audit - or even better a personal incognito visit -to experience first hand the level of customer service offered.Or better said - not offered at all. I assume this is miles away from their vision and aspiration. To be avoided if you can!
