I strongly advise against this agency, I live outside of Brussels, I never use the services of the bank because I use netbanking, following an emergency I check that the agency is open via their site, I warn my job that I would be late to be able to go to the bank, when I got there I was told that it is closed, no schedule is posted, I was told to come back, when there were two employees behind their desk, so if I understand correctly I pay monthly window without having to do your services and when once a year I need 2 minutes of your time you don't even look at me and even tell me like a machine a simple "1:30 p.m." you are a shame.
