Account opening impossible on the site, passage in 3 agencies, 1 month of waiting to obtain a card, 10 days for the card reader and impossibility of linking this account to itsme. Multiple calls to the helpdesk. And the pompom ... the online complaint form does not work. Grotesque. I just closed my account which has never been used with the feeling of having been used as a ping-pong ball. Absolutely ineffective IT and customer service.
