1 Star or lower was my experience with Larysa Tsupenko. I changed...to Larysa Tsupenko from Keller Williams in Celebration, FL was when the dissatisfied experience started. Your security deposit will be lost, be aware and please run the voice. Especially with Larysa Tsupenko she has her own houses I know about 1 Full of problems and defects and she also is the owner and was the realtor who took the signatures in Keller Williams office contract. I hope Tamara Hurwitz or Kathy Neu read this article and ask me for pictures for proof about the product she offered and what she gave me, because it's a shame what she did or ask her why she rent or lease her own property having multiple defects using the name of Keller Williams in a contract and then ask me where are the pictures for proof so I can upload and they can discover the reality. A House with more than 50 pictures of defects and issues....was what I received after being approved. Broken carpets, dirty grease oven, unclean and greasy cabinets, water leaks at the dishwasher area and a lot of more. Aware! A/C primary conduct is part of what you will receive.

My realtor seriously dropped the ball on the sale of my home. During a sellers market, I am walking away barely breaking even on my investment, and she is walking away with over $6k in commission in her pockets for doing little to no work. I was guided into accepting an offer based on misleading financial information, which was only fully disclosed after it was too late. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Other real estate agents suggest this type of behavior should lead to being censured, and if it happens again to another unsuspecting client, to losing a license. I will no longer be doing any future real estate business with Keller Williams after this experience.

Not organized and if you are renting with them be ready to lose your deposit. They will find a way to lie and claim non real damages and keep your deposit. Be careful. My experience with one of their realtors was a disaster and lack of supervision from higher manager due to seems all of them are friends. So, be very careful. I suggest you to find a 5 star or better trusted firm.

Kenia Williams-Calderon of Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes in Celebration is the realtor that you want to make your home buying dream come true. We closed on our home in less than 30 days with the help of Kenia and her team. The process itself was incredibly smooth - finding a home is no easy task. Our search could have been quite the stressful one as our search was more than 90 percent out of state. Typically taking a weekend to visit potential homes would be ideal, but with our work schedules and not living in Florida required for a significant amount of communication and scheduling. Kenia and her team were there for what seemed to be 24/7. I will never forget sending her an email late into the night, and within the hour, I received an email reply from her. We are beyond grateful for her patience and persistence throughout the process. We can finally say that we have in Florida, thanks to Kenia and her team.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bill and Donna Ross while visiting Celebration. They took time to show me around the area and even treated me to dinner at the Celebration Town Tavern (great place)! Dawn Thomas is also and excellent agent with many connections locally.
