Made an apointment, showed up in time. Only after ...

Made an apointment, showed up in time. Only after ten minutes a person started tlaking through a intercom to me. telling me my apointment was canceled. And told me the cancelation email was probably in my spam (which it wasnt!) and no apology whatsoever.
The clerk continued asking what my apointment was for, which is just wierd. I make an apointment because I like a bit of privacy. Not to be talking through an intercome with 6 other people waiting for service....

I was only offered a new apointment 2 days later which didnt help me as i am about to leave on a holiday and was looking forward to get some things sorted out before. ING didnt give me peace of mind.

All in all , very rude and just canceling an apointment without a message nor apology. What is this?

im leaving this bank. and i dont recommend it.
