Shelly Graves was our service adviser. I can't say enough good things about her. When I brought my vehicle in, a 2017 QX60 that I purchased a week before from a Nissan dealership in Monroe, La., for service, I was disappointed and defeated. I had such a bad feeling regarding my Infiniti purchase. My fear was that this issue had been present and now dumped on me. That feeling dissipated quickly when I realized Shelly and her team had my absolute best interest at hand and wouldn't stop until the issue was resolved. She took the lead in a full on investigation on this vehicle and sorted out what exactly needed to be done to correct the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. When Shelly called to update me on the vehicle, she patiently waited and accommodated me including my husband on the call so we could all be involved in the conversation. I appreciated that so much! She ended the conversation with "Don't loose hope! We will take care of you!"...not only did she say that, I knew she meant that!
The process of dropping my vehicle off and picking it up with so quick and efficient. They had a loaner waiting on me. What could have been, and what I expected to be an absolute nightmare was hardly (if at all) an inconvenience. I am thankful for this team ensuring we were well taken care of. Although I hope to have no future needs from Shelly and her service team in the future, I have complete confidence I will, again, be well taken care of. I will certainly use no one else.
