So this is my second issue with this place. The first being last year at Disney on ice when I ordered a pizza and it took an hour to get and the show was almost over before I got it. The second issue is just yesterday at Disney on ice once again. I buy a large coke just before intermission because it says you get one free refill. This coke is $6.25. The show ends and we're on the way out so I go to get my refill since I still have a free one. I get to the counter and the nastiest woman comes up and starts to argue with me about the entire thing. She says well we're closed, yet there's no hours or info as to when they close during shows. I said how are you closed when the gates are still open, I have a free refill and I want my refill. She continues to yell and argue with me and another woman who also wants her refill. We finally decide she's a waste of time talking to after arguing with her for 10 minutes. So she gets a manager to come up and this guy starts arguing with us as well. Yet he didn't like when I called it a scam because you're promised a refill when they refuse to give you one. I would've bought the coke that was half the price if I would've known I didn't get the free refill. Finally. He gives me the refill after 15 minutes of arguing with that lady and him. If she would've just done that in the first place it would've been a lot easier. Needless to say. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. NOT FOR DISNEY, A CONCERT OR ANYTHING. There's way better options out there then dealing with these fools. They won't get a penny from me. Ever.

Comfortable seating that doesn't restrict my legs. I'm a big boy (6"3 300lbs) and the seats are a smidge narrow. Luckily not so much it affects my enjoyment, but bigger people be aware. The arm rests do not move. There's snacks and alcoholic drinks, but like any venue be prepared to pay movie theater prices. The parking isn't free.

On a cold night and in heals, the last thing I expected was to walk half a mile to a ride share area just shy of sugarloaf. This is completely disrespectful to guests. Last night many of the people walking with me were older women.
When we found the obscure spot, literally in a far center of a parking area adjacent to the highway, there were several groups of people, along with ours, frustrated, tired and cold without a ride. My Uber was unable to find me and ultimately cancelled my ride. I ended up having to catchy a cab and pay triple the cost. In comparison to larger, more congested venues, IEA is failing miserably with this. The convenience of ride share also includes the privilege of getting door to door service. So we pay to come and not congest the parking area and are punished for it. I m unlikely to return unless this practice is improved.

Had graduation there and the set up was nice. Getting in with directed traffic was ok but leaving was a nightmare. Being stuck in the parking lot and moving at a crawl. I gave five stars because the event inside went well.

I rated this 4 stars because the prices for food are way to high! The amount I spent is the price I would pay at Longhorns for a family of four (full meals)! All I purchased was 3 pretzels, 1 small popcorn, 4 waters, 1 Sprite, 1 footlong just ketchup! This is how events are though.

Besides food prices, it was an amazing night, great time all around and we will be returning again!

We came here for a corporate invite to the Hockey game. We sat in one of the suites. I was impressed with the view from our seats. Everyone was friendly, bathrooms were clean and experience was excellent.

The stuff was professional. Getting there, the lines moved quickly and you were seated quickly. There was space between the seats so you didn't feel like you were in between anyone's leg. I really enjoyed myself.

Saw Paul McCartney there. Fantastic seats. Awesome sound. Amazing entertainer for me to see. So grateful he came to my area. He was my final concert and made a dream come true. Been a huge fan for many decades. I am a 60s fan of wonderful music.
