Infinite Energy Center (formerly Gwinnett Center) Review

Great venue and very clean. FYI, park near entrances/exits.

Amazing staff. Could have more choices for food and the aisles are very poorly lit

This arena is amazing* very clean and organized.. the events are well lite and fun.

Been to the energy center twice. Once for Japanfest and the other to go see Gorillaz live. Both experiences were great. The center is well maintained and regulated and holds a large amount of people. For concerts, there aren't really any bad seats. They all give a really good view and my experience was great!

Attended the 2019 Atlanta Vegan Fest. Nice place and plenty parking.

Enjoyed the concert, but had to say that they lacked of organization today

Amy Grant concert was packed shocases high end musical events and theater revues you would find in the city without the commute dirt noise and price gouge a gem in the suburbs

Trans Siberian Orchestra was fantastic, love the venue...easy in and easy out...

Georgia Swarm game was awesome! But one of the men who worked security was very rude. He actually yelled at me after I walked through the metal detector when I didn't turn around and get my keys fast enough for him. My sister and I were both shocked and should have reported him, yelled back, something. But we were with our kids and just didn't want to ruin the night for them, although they were shocked and upset too. Need better training on how to treat and speak to people. Otherwise facility, bathrooms, were clean. Avoid the pizza! Disgusting! But the game was exciting and very much worth seeing. Other workers were friendly and doing their jobs appropriately.

Went for the Orange Conference. Awesome staff, not a bad seat in the peace. Classroom/ meeting spaces were really nice.

Almost got stabbed right outside Arena. Great venue but not a safe area

An excellent arena, well maintained with a great selection of food vendors strategically placed around the arena area. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Parking was a problem, need to be more efficient with ingress and egress.

I went there to the Circus...it was very nice...I loved it....since the Circus is closing it was nice to see it for the last time...the last time I been to the Circus was 30 years ago when I took my kids to Madison Square Garden in NYC....

Great setup, very good for a sports stadium. Great facilities. However, I went for a music concert. Acoustics are not so good.

Nice arena! Limited walking space to get down aisle to seat.

Too much walking to get to place, but also construction going on.

Great place to watch a hockey game. Parking is free and the ease of getting in and out of the lot is impressive.

Great venue for dance competition. Very small dressing rooms.

Great place for a concert, sporting event or conference. Huge parking lot with more than enough parking for the events needs. Good food and drink selections and the view from any seat is great!

Enjoyed Bob Seger and the arena area and easiness of getting parked. Getting out after concert was a real pain but what can you expect when that many people are trying to leave at the same time.

Very clean, staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The only thing I would say is the seats are rather small and the isles are almost impossible to get down when full.

Great concerts free parking hotels within walking distance

Went here for a high school graduation. Parking was not bad. And getting out after the event was easy.

Attended a concert, Mercy Me and David Crowder. The parking in/out was easy, getting in and to our seats effortless. Enjoyable venue!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, great family oriented environment.

Visited some family members graduation and it is a big arena. Congested that day but the staff help out with that.

A great stadium center. Pretty cheap food to.( For a stadium)

VIP experience was ok wish that it was a separate area for vip

Arena is the perfect size to be able to enjoy shows and be up close to the action. My daughter and I watched Disney on Ice. It was spectacular! I don't know why we haven't been coming to see it years before.

Perfect size venue and parking very close to the center. Clean and no issues with waiting in lines before or after concert

Horrible GM! Couldn't sit next to family during a once in a lifetime event. So much empty room for no reason. Couldnt even take pictures outside of our grad. Hope this GM looses his job.

Great place for concerts and events. Very nice inside and lots of parking spaces. They could use some organization with their parking. It takes forever to leave the venue after an event. We went to a concert last week and the guys directing traffic had no clue what they were doing. And most of them were not doing anything at all.

This place is fun! We had a great time and were pleased to see that the prices for food and drinks were very reasonable.

Good acoustics and small arena. Great for concerts and sporting events. Free, plentiful parking.

It is still in process of renovations. Meeting rooms scattered requiring folks to walk around buildings outside in rain and long distances. Parking lot machines not working correctly. Stuck on garage 30 minutes trying to get out.
