Ample parking, with several handicap spots, which seemed sufficient for the size of the theater/show (local production of the Nutcracker; matinee on the day after Thanksgiving). Outdoor ramps and indoor elevators for handicap accessibility. Inside: Great lighting, great sound. Intimate setting. Very clean (bathrooms included). Balcony: if you are afraid of heights/falling or have small children or balance-challenged guests, I highly recommend *not* purchasing front row, balcony seats, as the bar is barely above my knee, and I am about 5'7. Scared the daylights out of me, as we were just left of center and had to climb over others on the very narrow row, and my hands were full, had a child, and my cane. One of the people already seated was kind enough to recognize my fear and sweetly held onto me as I passed by her, lol. Also, the seats are quite small, so I would advise that if you're not incredibly physically fit... Purchase the balcony side-section seat(s). Those aren't typical theater-style, but rather unanchored, moveable chairs with arms, and plenty of room. We'll definitely choose those next time. There's one small concession stand downstairs with typical snacks and drinks, and a small area where souvenir tables were set up. There were also 2 vending machines upstairs with chips and drinks. Also, not to be nitpicky, but for others with kids or who come hungry: eat before arriving or eat what you purchase before going into the theater. I wish the "no food/drinks" signage would have been placed at the front / downstairs / by the concessions stand (instead of upstairs at the door leading into the theater), so we'd have known before purchasing that we'd have to throw it away unused. But... 1st world problems Overall, though, it was a great experience. My biggest issue was that an usher barreled over us at a pivotal point in the show to scold someone (to be fair, it could have been a child being too close to the incredibly low edge/bar... We couldn't tell), but otherwise, it could have been handled better or at least waited 1.5 minutes for the scene to end. I know this probably sounds gripe-y, but we really did enjoy our experience, but the things I've mentioned are things we would definitely want to take into consideration or know about beforehand so we could more adequately prepare. Hope you enjoy your experience, and we will definitely return for future shows.

I do not understand sitting at a stand still in my vehicle for over an hour upon exiting the Carrie Underwood concert. We arrived an hour early and were directed to park near the Parking Deck.
When we exited the Toby Mac concert in December, we were out of the parking lot directly in front of the Arena within 15 minutes.
I also thought I was procuring tickets closer to the stage area . . . Is there a seating chart that adequately identifies the location of the specific rows?? I paid wayyy tooo much money for 4 seats to be on Row "Y" and be at the top of the section #105 . . . won't happen again!

This is a decent sized venue for conventions and has improved with lots of covered parking. We visited for Japanfest and felt it was a good event but the main hallways were too easily filled and became choke points for traffic. The theaters are nice and there are a good number of restrooms, just not always well marked.

Attended my nephew's graduation here. The facility did not place enough chairs for the graduates - a substantial amount - 50 seats were placed after graduates walked out. There was absolutely no traffic control in place. Families of graduates had to wait until an adjacent GUN SHOW let out first. Gun show participants were allowed to walk thru the graudation with guns on display.

Great EXCEPT for having to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes after a concert trying to exit. Next time I'd rather park father away then deal with the horrible on site traffic routing methods!

It wasn't even worth the price. The blankets sheets and pillow cases had brown stains on them. Didn't even try to hide them. The water didn't get as hot as i would like. No breakfast. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because of front desk people. Very polite and helpful.

I was there for the Orange Conference. The facility is nice, with lots of restrooms available. If there issues with restroom facilities, the staff quickly were handling it.There were also lots of different concession options for grabbing a snack or meal. There 8,000 in attendance at the conference and the Center's event and security staff were friendly and efficient. Even parking went smoothly.

I couldn't wait to get to my computer just to brag about the staff from an Atlanta Gladiator game that I attended . I work as a Recreational Leader for a TRS program. The staff were so helpful to me and my coworker. To find employees that will volunteer to help assist us with a group of adults with special needs without any hesitation was such a relief. Exceptional customer service! My first experience was a great one!!!!! Keep up the great customer service Infinite Energy Center!
