Nice venue. We saw The Killers here and it was a big enough venue to accommodate everyone, while still being small enough that you felt like you were part of the show. The staff was friendly and they moved people quickly through security into the venue. Restroom I used was a bit too small but otherwise this was a nice place. Parking was free and easy to get into and out of, especially for the crowd.
Free parking! Nice facility, handicap parking is hidden on the back side of the building. The parking lot can get backed up after a show, but stick to the far left when leaving and you will be out quick.
Disney on ice, fun experience would go again in a few years.

Saw Joyce Meyer here. I don't think you can get a bad sit in this place. I love this center. Only wish it was closer to where I live.

They are building a parking deck so current parking is minimal and the need adequate signage so you can find that parking.
Parking is not so convenient. Arena is pretty big and nice. Close to highway and sugarloaf mall.
Was there for my nieces graduation, we got in, parked and seated easily enough. Good sound and easy to see what was going on even though we were sitting at the top. Food and drinks are way too expensive, especially if you're trying to feed young children. Of course souvenirs for the event were also ridiculously priced too
It was a very appropriate venue for my son's graduating class of 610 students. The traffic flow was managed very well, the security good and the seating great.
This is a fantastic place for any event. Right on I-85 just 30 minutes north of Atlanta. From big name act like US, Justin Timberlake to local favorites like the Japan Festival, you will truly enjoy this facility.
Had an awesome time seeing Casting Crowns and for King &Country. Great venue. We will def be back.
Great small venue for concerts. Hockey and Lacrosse games are always fun there too. Plenty of food and beverage places keep the lines short. Beer prices are on the higher side but nothing out of line with most venues of this type.
Saw Dolly Parton here. Great venue for it. Comfortable seats on the floor area. Ok priced refreshments, easy to get in the door, and didn't have to stand in super long lines.

Convenient location, nice variety of food and drinks, Jennifer Phillip's was so helpful at Will Call, Sugarland, Frankie Ballard,& Lindsay Ell put on a great concert. Love the free parking, also.
Food courts can be a little more organized and variety of foods. Employees can be a little more friendly.
My dad has knee surgery on both his knees. Doesn't cater well to elderly. Not convenient. No bench for them to sit and wait out the lines and crowds. Attended graduation and concert. Same issue both time - staff is rude and not willing to help
Easy to get to off I-85, and free parking, in the handicap parking. My husband and I are both tall, so we liked that the seats we had had a lot of leg room. We went there for a hockey game, great view of the game from our seats, and from what I could see, all seats have a good view. We live about 2 1/2 hours from there, and we agreed that it was not too far to go there again for a game or something else special there. Great place!
Attended the Gwinnett County 200th Birthday Celebration! Great family centered event especially great kid friendly workshops!
Went for Andrea Bocelli 's concert. Good sound and visibility. The flow of traffic in and out was very well managed and kept moving.
This place treats anyone using ride sharing or shuttle service like 2nd class patrons. We were kicked out of the facility so that they could prepare for the next show. It was raining, cold and windy. We were then told to wait in the middle of the parking lot in an uncovered area. Then, the facility would not let any of the drivers in to pick us up. We had to walk all of the way through the parking lot and across the street to get picked up. Terrible, just terrible. We traveled here from Jacksonville Florida and would not recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Pretty nice and lots of parking although you may have to walk a bit.
Its a great venue.. you can see in all the seats and the pit or floor access is huge it's perfect for a show and it removes alot of that Atlanta traffic from the mix

Infinite Energy Center is a great venue! There is quite a bit of construction going on right now but they have it well handled as for parking and access. Don't let it stop you from attending any events.

Very nice venue. I was in a walking boot for my concert and called ahead to make sure that my seats were accessible, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and making sure that I had the best experience possible.
I hate place. No food allowed to go inside. Weird security. And food is really expensive inside.

Such a nice facility. Had a great time but was very disappointed the concessions closed before the show was over and there was nowhere to purchase a drink for my children.

GIANT complex, but great park and ride (once you figured out how to navigate it). Size of the multiple-building complex can be overwhelming but very clean and well-maintained.
Went to the concert this venue held last night. The artist performing was great. Concession lines were quick an painless. The Security ruined the entire show. I understand about crowd control and getting people into the proper seats. But when one of your security guards deliberately starts grabbing people by the neck and launching them back, thats a problem. The security guard threw about 3 or 4 people into the crowd in attempt clear the walk ways. It only created confrontation. By the time he reached the 5th person a brawl had issued and a riot like atmosphere was sparked. If your going to remove somebody do that but don't start fights with your paying customers. I will be filing a formal complaint.
Very nice venue. Had my college graduation held here, and have also attended many volunteer events / career fests here. They just installed a new traffic light from here as well on the Satellite Blvd. exit from the venue, which is a huge help when traffic is at a high volume due to an event just letting out and such.
Great for fine arts in the area, however backstage isnt the cleanest. Dressing rooms are a little dirty and can fill up if youre trying to unpack too many large instruments at the same time, but this shouldnt be an issue for most local groups. Some of the backstage restrooms and dressing rooms need their lights changed. Overall, a great place for local shows, havent actually sat in the audience but the structure of the building is beautiful and the large windows let in a lot of natural light for the entrance and lobby. Beautiful landscaping outside.
