This place was excellent save for the fact that we were packed like sardines in a can. If I hadn't been sitting half in my neighbors seat with him I could have really enjoyed the show. Otherwise the performance was amazing! And the staff was super helpful. Great food options too.

I have had the opportunity to go to several concerts and the experience has been very good. The only difficult thing is getting out of the parking lot at the end of the show. You have to leave a little earlier, otherwise you have to wait long.

Needs better traffic management, revised security theater that doesn t slow people down while being ineffective, and a name that isn t completely retarded. Maybe every arena in Atlanta DOESN T have to be an energy center?

I give Infinite Energy Center located at 6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097 FIVE STARS. What a great arena and its not to far from downtown Atlanta. Was a great esperience on my first visit. I know its been many years, but I Will never forget watching Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Presents: Circus Xtreme! My time at this place in Feb, 2016 was amazing.

Went to a LaCrosse game here. Parking was great. Entry was easy. Easy Access to merchandise. Expensive food, but thats expected in an arena. Would have been nice if they had staff walking the isles selling popcorn and cotton candy so we wouldn't misss the game... ijs

I've been to arenas all over the country, and few are as easily accessible and friendly as this one. The seating is comfortable, the hockey games are fun, concerts are great! I really enjoy this place! In and out is easy, parking is free. The *ONLY* think keeping it from getting a 5 star is I've been to the Mercedes Benz Stadium down the street and can get "Fan Friendly Pricing". More arenas need to adopt this - i'd go back more.

Good concert sound, but security consistency problems.

We attended TSO here, and thoroughly enjoyed the concert, sound, and seating space. We arrived early on a rainy day and parked without a problem. But the high number of late arrivals indicated others didn't have it so easy. Security was problematic, with long, slow-moving lines on a cold, rainy day. Also, enforcement of bag policies varied widely. My wife was denied entry because she had a small purse with backpack style straps. So we trudged all the way back to the car in the rain. Once inside, we saw numerous people with larger backs -- one even the size of a Sam's club insulated bag. Word of warning: leave any bags in the car to avoid this problem.

I am so over money hungry freaking corporations! Dang it if it s only in the fine print somewhere 6 degrees away from the home page!!!!!!! Medium sign posted near ticket collection (directly in front of cash bar with Alcohol)- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE!

I just stopped at the racetrack before my nieces recital to get a large coffee.... offered $10 to let me bring in my cappuccino and ... nope!

Thanks, AWESOME!!!

We were there for the GGC graduation, Spring 2018, the place was great. The only issue wss getting out of the parking lot, they did not have someone controlling traffic as they did when we got there.

Went to see the circus a few weeks ago. I've been to a few concerts here and I think this place is great.
Parking and getting out of the lot is out of control, but overall a great place.

Had Gladiator tickets. Got them for first row, on the glass, behind the goal. The seats did not have numbers and people were already sitting there and said you can sit anywhere. We paid for a specific ticket though. Spent time trying to find a representative so we could ask about our seats and when we finally did they responded the same way. Don't go here. They don't care.
