Great place for concerts. We wish alcohol wasn't served. Many people had drinks spilled on them, people starting arguing among each other and crowd wasn't comfortable

I really like going there for anything. They do a great job with their staff, and I love not getting nailed for parking regardless of the event. Always a clean environment and cozy for whatever event they are hosting. Graduations, concerts, conventions are all well done there. I always appreciate how nice they treat me when I go there.

We visited for the Forward Youth Conference and this place did pretty well managing 13,000 people for three days straight. It is a very nice facility. Clean bathrooms. Comfy seats!

Beautiful arena with a pretty nice setup and a good height between the rows so you dont feel like the person in front of you is blocking your view too much. The atrium is well stocked with the usual foods but also a cool bat serving frozen cocktails among other things. I enjoyed the show there. It looked and felt amazing!

Went to see a concert over there place was really cool

Attended my first Gladiator Hockey game. Seats , acoustics , food good. Gladiators were awesome. Venue was barely full but both teams battled it out like this was the Standley Cup ! And for $15.00 / seat, this is truly one of the best values for your money in Gwinnett hands down.

We always have a great time at Infinite Energy Center. Usually we go to hockey games (GO GLADS) but this time we went for a show. We had a VIP lounge and it brought the entire experience up a level! So much fun, great atmosphere.

We really enjoy this venue! It's easy to access with plenty of parking. Most recently saw Josh Groban and Idena Menzel in concert there - great show!

If you're afraid of heights don't go up to the balcony. Very steep.

Easy access and easy exit. Great concert. Good choices for food or snacks and reasonably priced.

Excellent show, kids really enjoyed it, Disney on ice was good for the entire family.

Great layout for a small to medium sized convention.

Large venue. Lots of parking space. Traffic direct fit big events. Nice and cold indoor. Clean restrooms.

Parking was close and free. It was easy to get around in the arena. Good sound in the arena. All seats seemed to have a decent view of the stage.

Have been at the facilities several times including latest visit for a high school graduation. Not a lot of frills but good viewing for most events. Parking is at one side so expect a walk.

Didn't care that the staff ushered all the graduation attendees out of one exit, which caused chaos after the ceremony getting back to the front of the building. This was inconvenient for the handicap patrons.

My husband and I went there for a Christmas cantata event last Sunday.
They have many seats available so many people could come, however seats were uncomfortable enough for us to leave during the show. The show itself was great.

Clean and comfy seating, great for lots of events. I've been to two graduations and a concert here. Nice bathrooms as well.

Great venue in the heart of Gwinnett. Went to a minor league hockey game and had a great time. Food and beer is a little expensive given that it's minor league, but not the worst I've seen.

Very cold for all events so be sure to bring a jacket, most food is heavily salted and quite pricey.

Even though they will not have the circus anymore it was fun. But they didn't have enough anmials.

Graduation was pretty great here! Traffic a lil slow getting out though.

Great place to see shows. Not really any bad seats there. Sound can be hit or miss depending on the act. Great place for in the round events like circuses, but concerts can be muddy sometimes.

Parking wasn't bad, arena was clean and easily accessible. Concession prices are outrageous though.

Vallet parking, plenty of restaurants inside and alcohol vendors!!

Great access. Wonderful staff. Good food. Free parking. Not the greatest to get out of though.

A great place to have conferences, retreats and a world class event. Had a great time there

Great venue and loved the Nutcracker but the restrooms really need cleaning and the light fixtures were broken so the bathroom was dark and dank.

Food prices are outrages as expected.

Went to see the Rodeo and it was great but seating was horrible!

Attended two shows as of now. Awesome auditorium, friendly staff. Only issue is that the chair on floor were not that comfortable but we were busy in the show. Best experience attending Disney on ice very huge place, plenty of parking. Be patient after the show while exiting the arena. Fantastic lighting and settings, curtains falling down in the floor, that was amazing. We will definitely come back here.

great venue attended many times for various events - away from the Atlanta city center congestion.

I've been there a few times for performances & recently for a high school graduation ceremony. (never sports games). Great venue for events but... Weather I'm passing through the area or attending an event TRAFFIC IS ALWAYS INSANE when something is going on. -2 for terrible traffic handling.

Great venue, got to see Gorillaz here and the place wasn't too packed. There needs to be a better way to empty out the parking lots after a show though...

Good venue: most of the seats have a good view and parking is Free! Plan to stick around for about an hour after the show if you drove and parked on site.

I would recommend coming here for a concert because the prices are high and arena shows are meh but otherwise this place is awesome. The parking is accessible and the facility is well kept and clean. For the most part the staff is nice and there isn't a bad seat in the house.

I've only been to concerts here but not a bad seat anywhere. Beats going to Lakewood any day.

We felt safe. We were spaced apart in seating area. Lines outside did concern me. People were too close.

Clean place. Great place to watch a hockey game. Staff are kind and willing to help food a little expensive but that's was to be expected

It's a high energy place. Clean, fun, family friendly with the fantastic staff.
I've never had a bad experience there. The energy is perfect, pun not intended. I have watched hockey games with my friends, family, and colleagues is do not again.

Great place!! Love it here!! And they carry Pepsi products!!!
