They ve improved the concession stands, but there still doesn t seem like there s enough of them. Despite the outside and walking areas appearing pretty drab, it s always been a great arena for concerts.

Parking is free. No issues getting in, but poor traffic control getting out. They don't control pedestrian traffic with cars, so cars could be backed up for quite a while. They were barely controlling traffic flow to get out. Inside it's chaotic. Lines were not always clearly defined. Small little kiosks quickly ran out of food, which is why there was a 25 minute wait in line. Food is costly. Couldn't get the $6 pretzels because they were out. Ticket price for the event was reasonable, but plan to spend a fortune inside.

Awesome amazing helpful man that was working today where you buy the tickets and he was very patient with me and the place was very nice and clean. Can't wait to go see LOGIC perform. I am taking my daughter for her Sweet 16 and this will be both of our first concert ever

While I loved the event I attended, the Center itself was not so hot. 16oz bottles of ANY drink were 4 dollars. The food was outrageously priced as well but expected, it was the drink prices that were unbelievable. Also there were no water fountains on the main floor and I'm not sure the bottom floor had one either. You weren't allowed to have your own drinks or snacks they made you throw them out at the entrance so they were all wasted. The money spent and the foods and drinks wasted.

Saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra, amazing show. As for the IEC, they were accommodating, friendly, and well staffed. Very impressed with the quality of the staff and organization of the event.

Was here when Joyce Myers came to town.
Spacious and clean air.
Expensive drinks or snack.
Do yourself a favor- Bring your drinks or snacks from home... it's worth the extra back pack . Believe that!!!

Parking is easy and was free, but getting out after a big show generally requires some patience and courtesy. The concessions are about as expensive as you probably expect from such a venue (~$10 for a single or ~$20 for a double Makers Mark and coke). But they bring in dope artists such as Lorde and conventions for things like cheerleading. Stadium seating, seriously loud sound system, and clean bathrooms.

This is horribly run, staff funnel exiting patrons through the fewest doors creating an uncomfortable and dangerous situation after events. Also parking lot is an endless chore to exit, with viable alternate exits cordoned off for no reason at all. Avoid this like the plague.

The seating was comfortable enough & bathrooms well located. It was a little chilly, but most large venues are & it was summer. So I'm not complaining. I would rather wear a light sweater/jacket inside than feel hot & stuffy.

Extremely nice, comfortable, friendly, clean, and a good value. Easy on/off the highway with nearby restaurants. I stopped at a competitor first but walked away because the price was too high. What I found at this hotel was nicer than what I would have expected at the overpriced competitor up the street. I travel a lot for my job and have stayed at many hotels but this one I have been to several times. I will be sure to stop at this hotel again on my next journey.

I had bought $50 tickets to the Panic! At The Disco Heathens tour which also featured ARIZONA and Hayley Kiyoko as openers and it was such a good time! The venue was amazing and very clean and practically every seat was great, even from the far
back.

IEC consist of the Arena, The Forum, and the Theater pretty much with reasonable distant between each on the same campus, so you don't have to walk much to each. From Gladiators Hockey, to Shin Yuen, to the Home Show you can get a little bit of everything here in the form of entertainment.

This is an awesome venue. I was able to come here for Passion 2018 and it was very accessible in regards to bathrooms and food accommodations. Seating was a bit close together but still provided ample leg room.
