Great venue. Difficult parking. Get to venue EARLY!!
They ve improved the concession stands, but there still doesn t seem like there s enough of them. Despite the outside and walking areas appearing pretty drab, it s always been a great arena for concerts.
Visited during Japan Fest and had a great time. Very nice venue.
Visited the home show. Nice setting, was able to visit every stand, purchased a lot (!!) Great job to organizers. Would have loved more diversity, but we all know how these things work...
Great hot dogs, every seat seemed like a good seat and the staff was friendly and parking was easy.
Awesome venue for monster jam! I hope they come back! Clean and safe. Food and drinks super expensive but that's to be expected
Parking is aweful with all the construction and multi activities.
Great place to gonna a convention is event. Huge arena and a lot of extra rooms for breakout sessions
Parking is free. No issues getting in, but poor traffic control getting out. They don't control pedestrian traffic with cars, so cars could be backed up for quite a while. They were barely controlling traffic flow to get out. Inside it's chaotic. Lines were not always clearly defined. Small little kiosks quickly ran out of food, which is why there was a 25 minute wait in line. Food is costly. Couldn't get the $6 pretzels because they were out. Ticket price for the event was reasonable, but plan to spend a fortune inside.
Many unique treatment options to help you get back to health.
Everything is perfect I love it, the, of, security always, pending. Q everything is fine.
Great seats, not overwhelming like State Farm arena. More intimate setting. Revel will transform the Infinate Energy experience.
Awesome amazing helpful man that was working today where you buy the tickets and he was very patient with me and the place was very nice and clean. Can't wait to go see LOGIC perform. I am taking my daughter for her Sweet 16 and this will be both of our first concert ever
Fun events and well setup. From ice hockey to concerts
While I loved the event I attended, the Center itself was not so hot. 16oz bottles of ANY drink were 4 dollars. The food was outrageously priced as well but expected, it was the drink prices that were unbelievable. Also there were no water fountains on the main floor and I'm not sure the bottom floor had one either. You weren't allowed to have your own drinks or snacks they made you throw them out at the entrance so they were all wasted. The money spent and the foods and drinks wasted.
Saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra, amazing show. As for the IEC, they were accommodating, friendly, and well staffed. Very impressed with the quality of the staff and organization of the event.
Not very clear directions when multiple events are held at this facility. Traffic can be really heavy.
Very nice place to facilitate huge events and parking is well organized.
Was here when Joyce Myers came to town.
Spacious and clean air.
Expensive drinks or snack.
Do yourself a favor- Bring your drinks or snacks from home... it's worth the extra back pack . Believe that!!!
Great venue for concerts and sports. Glad to have such a place in Gwinnett County.
My only complaint is that there is no free wifi or they won't give you the password :( I had great time at the concert. The food was good too.
Parking is easy and was free, but getting out after a big show generally requires some patience and courtesy. The concessions are about as expensive as you probably expect from such a venue (~$10 for a single or ~$20 for a double Makers Mark and coke). But they bring in dope artists such as Lorde and conventions for things like cheerleading. Stadium seating, seriously loud sound system, and clean bathrooms.
It was a very good experience at the infinite energy center
This is horribly run, staff funnel exiting patrons through the fewest doors creating an uncomfortable and dangerous situation after events. Also parking lot is an endless chore to exit, with viable alternate exits cordoned off for no reason at all. Avoid this like the plague.
The trip is worth the ride, depending on where you sit and what you are coming to see. There are no bad seats. Staff are awesome, professional and courteous.
Went to see Disney on Ice. Staff was very organized and helpful.
The seating was comfortable enough & bathrooms well located. It was a little chilly, but most large venues are & it was summer. So I'm not complaining. I would rather wear a light sweater/jacket inside than feel hot & stuffy.
Service staff was very helpful in getting an older person w/disabilities to a seat.
Very far north from where i live, but it was a nice arena. Bery convenient location from the highway and parking was free
Visited here to watch a Georgia Swarm game. The place was rocking.
Amazing venue. Nice people. Easy to locate seats. Wonderful first concert for my daughter. #patd
the show it was great for I was able to see but the sound on the 220 section was Hooooooorrible everyone was complaining I should ask for may money back because I didn't enjoy
Love this place. Always a good time no matter the event!
Smaller arena & the acoustics are amazing! Easy to get in & out! Favorite venue!
Took a long time to get out of the parking lot because there weren't enough attendants directing traffic.
My 1st Christian concert and it was more than I expected.
Extremely nice, comfortable, friendly, clean, and a good value. Easy on/off the highway with nearby restaurants. I stopped at a competitor first but walked away because the price was too high. What I found at this hotel was nicer than what I would have expected at the overpriced competitor up the street. I travel a lot for my job and have stayed at many hotels but this one I have been to several times. I will be sure to stop at this hotel again on my next journey.
I had bought $50 tickets to the Panic! At The Disco Heathens tour which also featured ARIZONA and Hayley Kiyoko as openers and it was such a good time! The venue was amazing and very clean and practically every seat was great, even from the far
back.
Great place for concerts. Saw Gambino show was amazing
Arena was nice. On the small size. The seats where not so tiny like other arenas.
IEC consist of the Arena, The Forum, and the Theater pretty much with reasonable distant between each on the same campus, so you don't have to walk much to each. From Gladiators Hockey, to Shin Yuen, to the Home Show you can get a little bit of everything here in the form of entertainment.
Very nice arena, laid out very well, but getting out of the parking lot afterwards was pretty tough. Be patient.
Amazing entertainment complex!! I'm very glad we have something like this in Duluth
Lots of great parking, simple and straight-forward security, extremely comfortable seats compared to other arenas, and great staff.
Original Sewing & Quilt Expo..... lots of fun. I was an Ambassador this year and had a really good time.
Went to many concerts as a teenager here and returning nearly 10 years later and it's just as it was. Great venue and great sound since day one.
This is an awesome venue. I was able to come here for Passion 2018 and it was very accessible in regards to bathrooms and food accommodations. Seating was a bit close together but still provided ample leg room.
Saw Trans Siberian Orchestra there. Easy to get around, clean, pleasant experience.
