The venue is fine, but parking lot entry and exit ...
The venue is fine, but parking lot entry and exit always sucks.

It was okay; would get 5 stars if it was free. I was hoping for ALOT more innovation and less roofing, AC, beds. Easy to get to, ample parking & shuttle earned the fourth star.
One of the best indoor venues. Kind staff and great food options.
The ushers could've been useful, but they weren't for us. The building itself wasn't what I expected but it was a big venue. Bartenders weren't overly friendly, but their lines were moving.
Parking was a nightmare and the attendants were not friendly or willing to help, but once inside, the staff was great!
Pretty awesome venue. Easy access from highway and has access from back streets when busy. Biggest complaint is they never advertise what is happening on the day on their outside sign. So, one can never know by walk in what event is happening.
I volunteer here for charity, and this place is always great to visit. The staff and door greeters are helpful with seating, and the concessions variety is broad, with decent beer selections. All kinds of events from comedy, sports, and concerts. Check out the calendar and buy some tickets!
I attended a kpop concert here. This is one of the best venues I have been to. It is very spacious as far as parking goes and parking was FREE (a rarity at most venues). Getting in the venue was quick and orderly and once inside, there are plenty of food stands to select from. The seating is amazing because you can clearly and closely see the stage without your view being obstructed. The staff were very kind. I was blown away by their excellent service because here in Atlanta, bad attitudes are oftentimes a given when you go out to certain places, but not here. I appreciate the venue for having good employees- it makes the experience much better. I wanted to leave a review to say that, also. Thank you for treating kpop stans with kindness!
For King & Country and Casting Crowns Glorious Christmas was awesome!
Horrible Experience. The Infinite Energy Arena Epitomizes Poor Customer Service . The Staff are disrespectful and are not adequately trained. The parking is so inconvenient and the food and beverages are waaay over priced! Completely terrible organization.
Great facilties for conferences and very accessible from I-85. Parking at the venue is excellent and well laid out.
Went To Sewing an Quiting Expo, Had a great time easy to get around the arena, good parking.
I attended a J Balvin concert 10/26/18. Great show. Good staff. Unfortunately, the most poorly run parking operation I have experienced in/around Atlanta for large events. It took 86 minutes to get out of the parking lot. I have attended many shows and sporting events at this venue. But never have I experienced parking this bad.
Gun show was about 1/3 the size it should've been in a big event center.
I went on a class trip with my daughter and her second grade class. We went to see Disney on Ice. The show was very good for kids. Manyof the kids were very into singing the songs and dancing in the aisles.
Parking is totally inadaquate. Had to park in a lot across Satilite Blvd.
We had a great time watching the gladiators play here! Everything was reasonable on prices. Thank you for a lasting memory.
Micah Tyler, David Crowder band, and Mercy Me!! What an amazing concert
Went to a Kappa Alpha Psi Decatur Chapter derby fundraiser!
Its off of sugarloaf pkwy. The forum is different than the center. Very large space, clean bathrooms bit need air freshener and at least 3 concession stands. Big enough for an expo.
Concessions are a bit pricey though.
Nice concert venue. Many amenities but food and drink prices are absolutely ridiculously priced. Whether it's the concert promoter or the arena setting the prices, there can be no justifiable reason to pay $4.50 (price for a case) for one regular sized bottle of Dasani.
This was a field trip. They invited our 3-5 grade students to enjoy a game for a very discounted rate. They were organized and polite and fairly flexible. I appreciate their kindness and I can't wait to return
I've so far only been to the theater at this venue but I will be back in a couple months for a concert. The theater venue is wonderful. I don't believe there is a bad seat in the house. I was sitting on a box seat and was able to watch the entire performance easily. The Acoustics are also well arranged for great musical numbers.
Awesome venue for great shows. A must if you want a super experience!
Always classy and the staff is amazing everytime we go
I wished they had signs guiding people for lines outside the arena. But other than that, once they open up the gates, it's amazingly organized. Lines move quick and staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful. They have people standing throught out the place guiding people at all times.
Plenty of free parking. Nice, clean venue. Snacks and souvenirs high priced.
The stadium is great and we love the hockey games, but the people could be nicer. A run in my wife and I had remind me why we don't venture outside of the perimeter too often. . .
We went to see Ron White. Place is pretty cool...but only one restroom thought.... so... after sipping on your drink during the show be prepared to very long line .
It was a very nice place. Yesterday was my first time and I love it
Huge venue that has a lot of great seating. I ve been here many times and there s not many bad spots. The suites are very comfortable and you get a pretty decent view, though the sound isn t great due to distance and height. There are places to eat and other concession stands though they are pretty strict about what products you can bring in - pretty much nothing but water.
Cool place! Only visited the forum part but was clean and people were very helpful.
Great venue for concerts, Disney on ice, hockey and other events. Parking is pretty easy and they do a good job directing traffic in and out. Plenty of food options nearby as well. I'd choose this place over Phillips or Mercedes Benz for a show any day.
Worst concert experience I have had in the Atlanta area. Not enough food and drink stands and they shut down alcohol sales 20 mins earlier than posted for no good reason
We went to the Home and Garden show. Plenty of parking.
Sesame Street Live! - it was awesome. No bad seats.
This venue doesn't deserve a single star. First and last time I'm going to this venue. The staff are clueless, rude and unhelpful. I went to the BLACKPINK concert and the organization of the show was a blur. I couldn't get a straight answer on where I was suppose to go for my ticket type until the supervisor told me to go a certain way.
During the show one of the staff came up to our group while recording with our PHONES (Samsung galaxy note 9 ) telling us to stop recording and that the security will take them to customer service counter. What? It's not a professional camera..
After the show one of the staff ladies told me she was gonna Call the police /have me locked up because I told her its "effing bs" that she wouldnt take 2 minutes to check what kind of tickets I had to verify I was or wasnt able to get into a section. Really?
Overall these experience put a bad taste in my mouth for future events.
Went here for my little brother graduation. There was plenty of parking spaces, customer service was on point and the inside was very big!!!! They also had good food vendors!
I was there with my son back in July for the Smashing Pumpkins show, we had a good time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and snacks were fairly price, the parking lot was ample and well organized. The only issue is the ticketing agency AXS, I bought tickets through the app right when tickets were release to the general public and a few weeks later I couldn t find my tickets in the app or website, finally I found an email confirmation with a PDF file that contained my tickets. I wish the venue will partnered with a more reliable ticketing agency.
Sound was terrible. Could not see screen most of the for all of the people standing. People guiding traffic were mostly useless. They provided no guidance, it was just dog eat dog atmosphere. Hated coming here. I paid hundreds of dollars to see a screen sometimes. That is ridiculous.
It was avarage, the facilities are not too bad but are no where near nice. Security did not groap me and was rather polite
Great Place for Concert, but I had tickets down on the floor. This is great if you want to stand for the whole concert. I have a bad back and can not stand that long. The next time I will sit on side, or just ask for Hand Cap seating.
Lot of parking, arena is small, and concessions were good
It's a very nice event and theater hall. Very big too.
Pleasant enough conference center with adequate parking.
Both times I have attended events, it has been amazing. My grandson had a ball at monster jam. Security in pit a little ugly, even though we weren't given but about 45 minutes of the hour and a half of what we paid for. Parking is very convenient. Getting out is very organized. Overall, Good!
