Today was my son's graduation, so aside from being a proud mama, the graduation space was very decent, big and elegant. The staff was very professional, the bathrooms very clean, (I love places with clean bathrooms). There was valet parking and quite a bit of additional garage parking space outside of the regular outdoor parking space. I would actually try to catch a show here

My children enjoyed Disney on Ice, tickets weren't that pricey, we got four for 120$ Souvenirs were over priced but that's every Disney experience lol. The show wasnt too long for under 5 year olds attention span. It was great to sing along to the classics like lion king, littler mermaid, and beauty and the beast. Getting out of the parking lot took forever! It's probably worth the walk to park towards exit or you will spend thirty minutes getting out of the venue. Aside that it was clean, customer service was awesome and was a memory for a lifetime!

For a concert or theatrical performance of rather cozy proportions, you're all set. If you want to host a convention with more than 1,000 attendees, you're going to have problems. Especially if you limit access to the building during the event, forcing people to walk outside, in summer heat, the full length of the building to gain re-entry. And for all that's holy, PLEASE, convention runners of Gwinnett County, take into account how much space you actually need for 2-way traffic around your exhibits! A standard folding table is 6-foot by about 2-foot, so you should allow at least 7' x 3' per exhibit if their backs are against walls...so they can squeeze into their tiny spaces behind the tables/displays. I think the space has so much potential, it's just been used inefficiently.

I go here when the PBR comes to town. I love that its a smaller place compared to the one in atlanta. It was clean and lots of bathrooms. They sell drinks & snacks.lots of parking and easy to find & get to your vehicle. Great place.

I visited annually for a few different experiences. Scrapbook expo, and my schools graduation weekend. Downside is the size of the center and marking clearly upon entry where each event is being held. It is improving.

Should be clarified that this review should be of Frankie's The Steakhouse, not The Infinite Energy Center.

52oz Porterhouse for 2 needs to be re-named after our visit. Took my friend here for his 50th, and did not disappoint. He has raved for days that the 14oz. Brick filet, was the best he's ever had. I opted for the Porterhouse. From the service to the food to the ambiance and wine selection, Google needs more stars for places like this. Hands down we will absolutely go back.

Great arena. Was there for a large conference. My only issue was the wait for bathrooms during the conference breaks, and the congestion at the concessions. There were about 7000 at the conference, so smaller numbers probably wouldn't have the same issues.

I would come here to see any show first before I step foot into Philips Arena. All seats are good seats. The food is good. Generously priced as it would be for any show/event. This place is not ginormous. It does not take all day to enter and exit. Parking is generally free. However, I did see a Vip parking section on my last visit, but it's not needed. Check it out - you will not be disappointed.

Great place for a concert. I have been to 3 so far and i hope to get to many more. Duluth is a great city to visit. Easy to get around to enjoy the restaurants and finish the night with some live music. I just wish they had more beer vendors. The lines got a little long so they lost money by not having enough options. It shouldnt take 40 minutes to get a drink. Other than that, i love everytime i go.

I went to a concert here last Summer and had my graduation there recently. Very accommodating space with lots of seating. They allow cameras and small bags, but some things differ based on event.

We attended a dance event there and were happy with how they handled the Covid guidelines. As a spectator it was easy to navigate the place, find my seats and parking was easy too. The parking people were fantastic, friendly and helpful! :)

WORST VENUE EVER!!!!!!!!! Concert was good. No legroom in seating. Parking was the worst! Got within 300 ft of turn into parking lot and sat for almost 1 hour. Routed to "new" parking garage and cost $10 (no free parking any longer). Elevators not working in "new" parking garage. Took over 1 hour to get out of parking garage after concert. Noticed police on surrounding streets just sitting in cars, doing absolutely nothing. Whoever handles parking should be fired immediately!! Also, "genius" that decided on parking garages should be dismissed as well. AWFUL venue. DO NOT GO!!!!!

Was there as a vendor, and I was happy the chollers were running during setup! They laid the show out wrong, but we got it corrected. The surprise construction of back parking lot could have been better presented with alternate entry options.

The parking lot is a little crazy, as are most event centers'. I recently saw they're starting to charge for parking, so we were dropped off. The chairs are actually comfortable, the cupholders are in the back or the chair in front of you, so watch your hair if it hangs down! The bathrooms are clean, but they use blow dryers instead of paper towels-yay environment, but gross poop air particles... the cocktails are $20 for a regular sized drink... WHAT?! There are also metal detectors at the front door and they look through your bag before entering.

Update: I just attended an event the weekend of October, and let me tell you....the process of exiting the parking lot is HORRIBLE! I don't know what happened to the staff, but they were all VERY RUDE!
From a 5 star to a 3 star.

I've been to this place more times then I can count! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I've never had a problem at any event!

We saw the Lumineers here. The concert was amazing but the arena was difficult to get around in. There were only tiny aisles to get to your seat. I stepped on more than one person and had to follow a weird maze to get in and out.
