Visited for a hockey game. Closed down food vending with 10 minutes left in third period. Really? It's not a wonder why #atlantagladiators are only filling half the arena.

Great place and experience at the Atlanta Crown Gymnastics meet!

Great venue! It has plenty of comfortable seating and being a little bit smaller all, in close proximity to the rink/field. It is the home stadium of the Georgia Swarm and Gwinnett Gladiators so it hosts plenty of fun events. The most essential of commodities, the food, is also good. With a variety of grill foods, pizza, and Mexican available there are options aplenty.

Clean environment, good crowd control and excellent food (on the second level, anyway). Had a really fun time at a Gladiators game!

It was next to the Emory hospital outpatient physical therapy center. We did not go to the infinite energy center. We took my wife to therapy. Stop assuming you know what I'm doing and please stop SPYING ON ME!!!!! You jerks.

The facility is large and clean. Lots of parking space.

Saw Harry styles!! Very easy to get assistance when needed. For how busy it was, easy to get around

Great venue, amazing parking- we did not have to wait forever to get in/out of the parking lots. Good food and alcohol choices. A bit pricey, but nothing you wouldn t expect at any other venue.

One of the worst electricity service in entire USA. The customer service agent is so rude, they are not ready to answer any queries.

I went there for the Atomy Success Academy and they had plenty of space to accommodate the growing number of attendees (close to 800 people). The sound, images, and stage were good and the place was clean. The food served for lunch and dinner was good and the service was good as well. They had plenty of parking and easy access to the facility.

Great place for any event, went there to watch the Lacrosse finals and had a blast. Lots of fun parking is free and a great open space. Will come back :-)

It was a great experience being there at the forward conference

Easy to find from traffic great large place but you don't get lost. No food options that's why it's at 4. Can be expensive to get into but not depending on the conference.

Pleaseeeee don t waste your time ordering online. They have 6 tickets debited from my account when my request was only for 2!! They have the worst customer service and really expect me to Just resell the tickets that i never wanted!! Box office is a joke they offer no assistance at ALL!! This will be the LAST event i attend at this arena i cannot deal with bad customer service!!! Amelia is the person in the box office that is beyond terrible had the nerve to have an attitude and I m the one with missing money

The center itself was very nice but the parking was awful. They are building a parking deck and have most of the parking lot blocked for construction.

Great sound and light effects! Lots of food vendors to choose from.

Lots of space and staff was friendly. The steps are huge and scary

Is this the same thing as the Gwinnett Arena?
Terrible traffic, so bad that I most always will avoid this area, even for my TSO shows.

The center was very nice, seating was great and the restrooms were accommodating.

The place is always inviting and clean, I've never been here during really big events. On the low scale of events, it's always very organized, the place is huge enough to hold large crowds of most events! Don't bother with the snack machines unless you have to. They kinda over priced, but when there's no concession stand available be aware...it only takes bills and only gives you coins only so something to keep mindful of. Please several dollar bills if you think you might be hungry or thirsty and can't leave for one of the surrounding restaurants. Also they keep the restrooms locked, don't be alarmed apparently this is common.

I went to the Lionel Richie and Mariah Carey concert here. I had amazing seats on the floor. The steps to the floor were scary. Need more rails. Don t wear wedges or heels here. And your legs will be sore coming back up them. The concession stands were expensive. No complaints regarding the staff, getting through security and showing your tickets. That process was fast believe it or not. I recommend valet parking because you will have to walk quite a bit.

Uno, energy, Georgia dome, and mersades bens stadium are friends

We enjoyed a hockey game and the venue is great for that.

We were there for a Graduation. They actually had opened a place to get snacks & drinks!

The good news is that ticket prices and views are a great value and parking is free. The bad news is that amenities are limited. This is a great value, but eat first.

Plenty of parking, food vendors and clean bathrooms. The event staff is very courteous and a nice security presence. I was attending the cheer-off for the GFL and it was amazing.

Very cool venue. Only suggestion would be to have more domestic beer selections

Great arena that hold 13,000 people. Easy parking that's free, but it gets really congested after the event. Either leave early or be prepared to sit in traffic

Attended the Sonu Nigam/Neha Kakkar show. Nice arrangement. But the sound was bad in the first part of the show. Too loud and too much base. I almost left the show. Thankfully the Sonu Nigam part was better.

LOVE this arena. From Hockey, to Cirque de Soliel to Music Concerts - my family loves this venue!!

Over price food for the quality. Drinks are outrageously priced as well. Atmosphere was surrounded by many spoiled adults and kids.

Very nice large capacity venue with an outstanding line up of shows coming in 2018.

It's a good, sometimes great venue depending on what type of con/show or etc event they are hosting and quite spacious inside as well. Parking lot is enormous, so be just be aware of the entrance location and park accordingly.

Great venue! We went for the GA Home Improvement Show. We haven't been there since they added the parking garage. Not sure how I feel about having to pay for parking now when it was always free before but, at least, it wasn't too pricey for this venue. The workers were out, in force, to help you maneuver it all and they were very helpful and friendly!

Love the events that take place here year round. I always get my tickets off of Groupon to save some coin. The last event I went to was Japan Fest.

Saw wrestling event here. The new parking decks make parking here so much more bearable! Venue is relatively small as well.

It was great and wonderful access from the parking deck.

Kind of not to clean, I took my great-grandson who is 7 months to change his diaper. There were no strips on the changing table, it was hard changing him and holding him in place at the same time.The floor was not very clean either.

I attended a graduation ceremony. Very poor crowd control getting out of the venue.

Easy to get to from I-85. Parking was within a comfortable walking distance, both on the lot and the garage. Valet parking was also available for both events I attended.
My only complaint were the seats. Both times it felt like the center of the cushion was sunken. ...time for some replacements.

Went for a concert there, the acoustics are good, seats comfortable, and the food is good too

We went to infinite energy to watch a pro lacrosse game. We had a blast!!! Super family friendly. Lots of music and entertainment! I would definitely go again!!
