Other than the Buckhead Theater, this is my favorite Atlanta venue for a concert or show. There are no bad seats! The center is well staffed for food and beverage service, so the lines move well. I would highly recommend parking in the lot rather than the deck, though. You're bound to sit for hours in there waiting to get out at the end of an event.

Good venue. Limited options for food and drinks and long lines for concessions but service was efficient and friendly. Staff attentive and the arena clean. We noticed a small girl about 6 or 7 that was lost and staff was extremely professional handling the situation and reuniting her with her parents. Overall good experience

We attended Japanfest here. OMG! this event was wonderful! It spanned the entire complex. I only have one negative input on the design of the building. All the hallways were large and spacious and easy for the crowd to flow through, except in front of the theater. There was a horrible bottle neck due to the narrow hallway and no way to get around it. Poor design! Other than that - TOTALLY AWESOME!

Great experience, security was nice and professional. Ushers approach and assist without me having to ask for assistance. Huge free parking lot. Bathrooms were clean. Food is expensive, so are the drinks. No place to sit and eat in the food courts, there are table you can stand at and eat.

I went to the Kendrick Lamar concert last night and when I was walking to my car I found a banana on the trunk and on the trunk of the car next to me. I was digusted and appalled. Who goes around doing stuff like this? I didn't see bananas on any other cars but ours and I couldn't help but feel like this was racially motivated. Infinite Energy Center you need to do more to make your customers feel welcomed and safe!

This is a neat place. It s cool knowing that popular celebrities have been here before. There s restrooms here, as well as stands to purchase things such as pretzels or quick eats such as French fries, and so forth. They also provide complimentary WiFi access to customers or patrons while they re at the facility, which is neat as well.

I came to this for the shine down and five finger death punch concert it is a smaller size venue but that is perfect for the kind of atmosphere you want from a concert the seats are easy to find and it's very clean and organized. It was a great experience.

The staff both inside and outside the arena were amazing. My boyfriend and I had purchased tickets to this once in a lifetime event and we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle 2 weeks before and was unsure how we were even going to get in the arena, much less to our seats. Kathryn at guest services on the phone said to get as close to the door, and come in to speak with an agent when we arrived. Not only were we able to get close, Manisha and Justin outside let us park right in front. Patrick came out with a wheelchair and Tiffany and Jennifer took us down to the floor where we were able to sit courtside and view this amazing match between my Rafael Nadal and Grigor Dimetrov! One of the best experiences of my life and I have the wonderful, amazing staff to thank. I am sorry if I forgot a few names, (didn't write them all down) but THANK YOU ALL!

This Center hosts some of the best events in Atlanta and surrounding areas. It is well staffed and I felt safe the whole time I was there. The performance was visible from anywhere in the auditorium. Totally awesome show and I am on their mailing list to see more.

I've now attended two concerts at this facility. I live above Gainesville some 52 miles away. This is my favorite indoor place to see a concert. It's just the right size so all the seats are good . It's easy to get to right off 85 and the parking is easy to access. Plenty of food and libations at the usual high prices but the quality is very good. Now to my main point, all the employees that I've come in contact with from the ticket scanners outside to the ladies and men working the scanners just inside the doors are professional and friendly. The concession associates are prompt and can tell you everything you want to know about the menu. I feel safe and have always had the best time. Of course Green Day and the Killer's put on the best shows ever and that helps seal the experience in my mind forever.

Enjoyed Joyce Meyer, but the food for the price is more than ridiculous! 4.50 for a non alcoholic beverage is stupid. I will either pack a cooler and do a tailgate lunch or have to pass next conference. I enjoyed it much better with an off campus lunch break. I spent $20 for carnival food and stood to eat it, my age and health does not do well with those accommodations. Praying for change!

It's an ok stadium. Kind of dated. Old seats, looked and felt old. There's a decent concession area, but it's mostly concession food (pizza, nachos, etc...). The Swarm game was fun. It was our first one.

A nice smaller venue for shows and concerts. There really isn't a bad seat since the arena is not too large. I love the variety of options that they are offering, hockey games, concerts, circus, and much more. Parking is also free. The only downfall would be the traffic getting out of the parking lot at the end of an event.

This place smells so horrible!!! As soon as you step foot into the arena it smells like foot and butt it's disgusting. The chairs smell even worse and the fabric is very dirty. Bathrooms have no papers towels and only those nasty hands driers you have to stick your hands into. Faucets you have to keep pressing to keep water coming out which defeats purpose of washing your hands I used my foot. I was working a job the day I was here never in my life would I pay to come to an event here!!!

We love this arena! It is easy in and out. Has great concerts and is home to the GASwarm. The suites are really nice and have great views for being higher. Concessions are pricey- but parking is free!
