Not a bad place for its basic purpose, but the ticketing and customer service can be a joke sometimes. Several instances where the system has been 'down' and also the box office workers just don't seem like they give a damn. I frequent gladiators games, and its a rare occurrence when I get decent customer service. And today's "backup plan" for their system being down was taking my flexpass vouchers (worth a nice chunk of cash) and exchanging handwritten information on loose printer paper for when the system goes online. The clerk was not bashful about how happy he was to get off in a few minutes, and when I asked for some kind of confirmation that my vouchers were taken, like maybe a backup receipt form (like MANY stores have in case of systems going down), and instead got a smart a$$ reply of "yes I have your vouchers". I took my vouchers back. I'm not giving someone something as good as cash in hopes of getting a phone call later. Unbelievable.
